Le Lavandou is a town in the Var (Var French Riviera) located on the shores of the Mediterranean, facing the Golden Islands (Port-Cros, the island of Levant and Porquerolles) and at the foot of the Massif des Maures. Hyères is 22 km west, Cavalaire 20 km east, by road.

Lavandou is an old fishing port, now a seaside resort on the Var coast. Extending over 12 kilometers, the town has extensive sandy beaches and small coves.

Tolle Wohnung mit gute Ausstattung und guter Lage

Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt liegt ist der Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Bäckerei, der Metzger und die anderen Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sorgen für eine gute Versorgung. Das Appartement ist toll ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt nichts, dank der Klimaanlage kann man auch im Hochsommer sich dort gut aufhalten. Die Terrasse ist prima zum Frühstücken und abends, wenn die Sonne weg ist, kann man prima den Tag dort ausklingen lassen. Wir hatte eine sehr schöne, erholsame Woche.

L’appartement est spacieux. Confortable et très bien équipé Proche des commerces et de la plage.On a séjourné en famille, avec des enfants de bas âge, les propriétaires avait tout le nécessaire, pour le confort des petits. Là literie est parfaite pour ce reposer, le seul petit inconvénient c’est le passage des poubelles très tôt le matin, mais ça doit être pareil dans tout la ville. Je recommande fortement

Super Urlaub in der ersten Septemberwoche!!!

Wir waren Anfang September mit 4 Freunden zwischen 44 -59 Jahren in Le Lavandou zum Boule spielen und Sonne genießen in dem Appartement. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen (mitten im Ort, 300 m zum Strand, 30 m zum Supermarkt). Die Übergabe fand aufgrund von Corona kontaktlos und in deutscher Sprache statt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, was uns sehr wichtig war. Das Appartement war komplett ausgestattet und die Matratzen verfügten über eine angenehme Härte, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Auf der großzügig geschnittenen Terrasse konnten wir die Abende mit einer Partie Backgammon, Poker oder Skat ausklingen lassen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem hervorragenden Domizil!!! Die nächsten Reisen dorthin befinden sich schon in der Planung.

Excellent séjour dans un très bel appartement au coeur du Lavandou

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines au Lavandou dans cet appartement duplex refait à neuf récemment au sein d'une ancienne bâtisse à proximité immédiate du centre ville et de la plage La localisation était idéale pour nous avec nos 2 enfants de 3 et 1 an car nous avons tout pu faire à pied : beaucoup de commerces à quelques pas et la grande plage du Lavandou à moins de 300 mètres L'appartement en lui même est épuré, bien agencé et extrêmement bien équipé avec en plus de très nombreux éléments (lit, baignoire, pot, …) et jeux pour les enfants, chose très appréciable! L'ensemble de l'appartement est climatisé et une terrasse est accessible depuis une grande baie vitrée dans le salon La maison est découpée en 3 appartements mais l'accès est indépendant via un petit sas (très pratique au retour de plage) et un escalier (avec également un ascenseur que nous n'avons pas utilisé) qui donne sur la pièce de vie Pas de stationnement privé attenant à la location mais il y a souvent des places dans la rue (payant) pour des arrêts limités et sinon un parking gratuit à environ 300 mètres. Le propriétaire met également à disposition une place de parking privé au dessus du carrefour contact à 50 mètres de l'appartement. Nous l'avons utilisé la 2ème semaine (mois d'août), le stationnement sur le parking gratuit devenant compliqué. Le parking est un peu étriqué et limité en hauteur (2m) mais il a convenu pour nous Un bémol qui ne nous aura pas dérangé outre mesure (réveil matinal avec les enfants) mais qui pourrait gêner les lève-tard : nettoyage systématique de la voirie entre 6h30 et 7h tous les jours et un peu de nuisance avec la livraison des commerces le matin Au final, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement et le recommandons particulièrement aux familles avec enfants
