New wooden chalet with modern decor, 122m2 (+large garage, cellar and laundry room), warm and bright. Located near the centre of the village of Combloux (1.2km), biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc) 2 minutes by car, ski slopes of the Portes du Mont-Blanc 3.5km away, Évasion Mt Blanc Megève/Saint-Gervais area 4km away. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains: Mont Blanc, Fiz, Aravis… PGJyPg Ground floor: entrance hall with dressing room, large garage and laundry room with washing machine, dryer and boot dryer. PGJyPg 1st floor: living room, lounge with pellet stove, open-plan kitchen, pantry (raclette grill, fondue set, Senseo + filter coffee maker, steamer, citrus press…) and toilet. PGJyPg 2nd floor: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub), queen-size bed and large dressing room. A second bedroom with queen-size bed and dressing room. A third bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. PGJyPg PGJyPg Beds made upon arrival. PGJyPg Towels provided.
