Parfait pour une famille

Le duplex est tres bien équipée. La remise des clés a pu etre réalisé en avance. La situation du duplex est parfaite (commerces a proximité et activites pour les enfants a moins de 10min ). La piscine est propre et avec une profondeur maximum d 1m50 permets de jouer facilement avec nos enfants.

A fantastic stay

We spent 1 week at this lovely duplex in Sainte-Maxime, and would highly recommend this property We had been looking for a nice comfortable house that would accommodate 7, and accommodate 3 generations of 1 family – grandparents, parents and 3 teenagers. This house met and exceeded all our needs. It was exactly as in the pictures, and even more spacious. The house had every convenience provided – kitchen equipment, games, books, towels. The host was very kind and helpful on arrival and again when we handed back they keys. We really enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the balcony which had a very nice view of the surrounding area. You do need a car as it was a little far for all of us to walk into Sainte Maxime or to local supermarket in the heat, but other than that, it was an ideal stay.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort

Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht bis St. Tropez. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind gut und bequem und die Klimaanlage ist herrlich bei den Sommertemperaturen. Der Reinigungsservice hatte leider vergessen den Mülleimer in der Küche zu leeren und den Balkon zu säubern, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Die Endreinigung wird mit 100€ in bar abgerechnet. Den Pool der Anlage fanden wir nicht besonders einladend, etwas kahl mit der Mauer Drumherum. Der wundervolle Strand La Nartelle ist nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen, er wird gerade neu gestaltet und Bäume werden gepflanzt - das wird sicher ganz toll. Parken ist frei dort. Nach St. Maxime braucht man ca. 30 min zu Fuß, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Anlage. Frisches Brot und mehr gibt es bei Julien ca. 8 min zu Fuß. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen- es ist ruhig und entspannt dort.

Hervorragend

Räumlichkeiten sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Selten haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gefunden. Sehr netter FeWo-Verwalter. In der Garage auch Strandsachen gefunden. Lediglich ist das gemeinnütziges Pool nur von 09:00 bis 20:30 benutzbar ( :-( ) - sehr flach und erlaubt keine große Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder (kein Springen erlaubt, keine Luftmatratze o. sonstiges Wasserspiel). Zum Strand muss man fahren aber das ist OK wenn man die verschiedenen Strände in der Gegend auskundschaften will (allerdings erheblicher Stau am Morgen und am Abend).
