Directly at the beach in Son Veri Nou you will find the modern Designer villa. The Luxury villa meets a chic, rustical and modern interior design. You will feel very comfortable and free in the bright and high-ceilinged rooms of the 500m² villa. The floor of the villa is completely out of wood. From the livingroom you can enjoy a stunning view through the huge windows. On the terrace there is a lounge and a dining area from where you can see the romantic sunset over the Mediteranean sea. On warmer days you can cool down in the large private swimming pool. From the pool area you also have a stunning view on the Mediaterraen sea, which is only a few meters away. Also you can laze by the pool with stunning sea and harbour views.

Traumhaft!!!

Tolles Haus, sehr gepflegt! Tolle Ausstattung. Drei super Schlafzimmer im OG, eines im UG. Wohnraum im EG mit Küche und zwei Wohnzimmern genial. Beste Ausstattung der Küche!! Gastgeber (Marta) sehr, sehr freundlich, selbst Besitzer des Hauses und maximal hilfsbereit. Habe bei Fragen nie länger als 10 Minuten auf eine WhatsApp-Antwort warten müssen. Rund um die Uhr! Klasse!! Lage ruhig. Keinerlei Lärm. Unfassbar schöner Ausblick. Direkt vor den Haus ein schöner Weg zum spazieren, joggen, Radfahren. Dem Haus selbst steht zudem ein Housekeeper (Mr. Freeman - TOP!) zur Verfügung, der sich liebevoll um die tägliche Reinigung kümmert, die Betten macht, Handtücher tauscht usw. und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten zur Seite steht. Das ist ein super Service. Wir hatten uns über Marta zudem einen Koch (GONZALO) vermitteln lassen, der uns rund um die Uhr toll versorgt hat. Das kann ich ebenso nur empfehlen. Das ist „Urlaub ++“ und schafft auch in Zeiten von COVID-19 absolute Sicherheit im Urlaub! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!! Es gibt m.E. nichts zu verbessern! Danke für diese tolle Zeit - in schwierigen Zeiten.

positiv: 5 Sterne: Architektur und Lage negativ: zahlreiche Überwachungskameras in Wohn-Essbereich und Küche, auf die der Gastgeber nicht aufmerksam gemacht hat! negativ: Ausstattung: nur 1 Fön für 4 Schlafzimmer, keine Bademäntel, keine zusätzlichen Schlafdecken , sehr preiswertes IKEA-Geschirr.

Incredible home and vacation

Beautiful property, location and design. Home is very well equipped and perfectly located to explore Mallorca and the city of Palma. Owner very responsive to all questions. We will definitely be back!!!
