With a capacity for 7 people, this house is only 50 meters from the beach. Fully equipped and comfortable, with access to the communal area with pools.The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and electric radiators, a television (Spanish), and access to the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.Additionally, on this floor, there is a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need, such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, hand blender, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Although the garage is closed, it is easy to park right in front of it.On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with bunk beds and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed. The main bathroom has a shower and washing machine, and the suite has a bathroom with a bathtub and a small balcony.Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away.
