Nice apartment and facilities

Apartment is nice and spacious (we stayed with 5). Pool is right across the street. The pool rules surprised us (no snorkels, no pool balls/toys, no air beds) please keep that in mind. Tennis court is well maintained and easy to reserve at the care taker.

Great house with outstanding views

We had a fantastic experience in this house. Comfortable breakfast on the top deck with beautiful views of the marina, bay and Medas Islands. The wifi worked great, it has a pretty new dishwasher. It also has a lower patio with a large table as well. The community includes a great swimming pool, beautiful gardens, and a tenis court (you have to pay a small fee to reserve it and play) You will prefer to use a car/motorcycle to get to the village and the beach. You can walk but it will take you close to 20min to get to the beach, and more on the way back, on top of more than a 300 step steep climb.

Bonita casa en urbanización muy tranquila

Lo mejor de esta casa son sus vistas, la buena temperatura dado que tiene detrás una montaña y la zona comunitaria de piscina-pista de tenis. Lo peor la calidad de colchones y almohadas. Todos tuvimos dificultades para dormir. La casa necesita realizar una puesta a punto de mayor calidad. Cambiar y mejorar ciertas cosas, como la cafetera nespreso de la cocina, la lavadora que no centrifuga, las toallas, un fogón de la cocina de gas, ... Con un poco de presupuesto y mimo, pueden tener un alojamiento diez en el Estartit, porque la casa se lo merece.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij kijken met plezier terug op deze vakantie! Te voet (niet voor 70+) in 6 minuten in het dorp (212 treden) en 10 minuten naar het strand. Terug vanaf het strand in 12 minuten, daarna snel een duik om af te koelen. Supermartk binnen 2,5 km. Pluspunten: - Heerlijk 25 meter bad (gemiddeld niet meer dan 10 man in het bad) - Nette tennisbaan (tegen betaling van 2€ per uur) - Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien (wasmachine, vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, BBQ, bedlinnen, handdoeken, etc) - 1 prive parkeerplek - Heerlijk balkon met prachtig uitzicht - Schaduwrijk terras Minpunten: - geen Airco - weg naar boven in niet al te beste staat - Toiletknop was kapot maar omdat de WC nog doorspoelde werd deze niet vervangen... was een beetje behelpen Algeheel was het een perfecte vakantie. Wel een aanrader hoewel overburen blijkbaar beduidend minder betaalden dan dat wij betaald hebben

Maison avec une magnifique vue

Jolie maison mais attention aux marches nombreuses car en flan de colline spacieuse et bien agencée . Manque toute fois de matériel de repassage ( qui est indiqué sur l’annonce). Propriétaire très disponible.

Estartit

Aangename vakantiewoning in een heel rustig wijkje boven L'Estartit. Mooi uitzicht op dorp, strand en Iles Medel. Net iets teveel trappen om dagelijks op en af te stappen, maar parkeren in het dorp valt eigenlijk zeer goed mee. Op strand is een grote gratis parkeerruimte voorzien. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen in de regio (Fiqueres, Girona, Pals en ook Barcelona) Leuk om te wandelen in het Montgri parc en te snorkelen in de buurt van de eilandjes. Huis is ruim en gerieflijk met terras en bbq. Huis zou eventueel een vorm van airco/ventilatie kunnen gebruiken, maar dat is het enige wat we kunnen aanmerken. We hadden een heel leuke tijd en fantastisch verbljjf !

Très beau séjour avec vue sur mer . Magnifique

Nous avons apprécié nos vacances à l'Estartit. Très chouette station balnéaire. La maison est très bien et correspond tout à fait à ce que l'on voit sur les photos. Elle est située dans un quartier calme. Les enfants peuvent y circuler assez librement. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue. Les concierges présents sont très bien. C'est une maison a recommandé pour passer d'agréables vacances au calme tout en étant près du centre. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le propriétaire est très bien et joignable assez facilement.

Point positif : Villa bien agencé dans un cadre magnifique , super piscine , une vue superbe Point négatif : ~300 marches pour accéder au centre ville avec des enfants en bas âge on est obligé de prendre la voiture ,le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, le tennis est payant.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé d'agréables vacances dans notre maison. Les deux euros pour la réserve de tennis sont d'empêcher le tennis d'être toujours occupé par les mêmes personnes. L'incidence du Wi-Fi a été finalement résolue par la compagnie de téléphone.

Séjour agréable,bon accue...

Séjour agréable,bon accueil,grande piscine très bien entretenue. Maison à étages, avec une belle vue sur la ville et le port. Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas utiliser le barbecue en cette période de l'année(à cause des risques d'incendie).Merci à Ramon.
