Schöne erholsame Ferienwochen mit Pool

Nette Menschen bei immo Más Pinell, besonders Erika, die bei Problemen weiter hilft. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der Garten ist groß und zum Ausruhen und Aufenthalt draußen geeignet. Der Pool ist gut erreichbar, sauber und gepflegt. Insektenschutznetze am Fenster wären gut, Im Poolbereich mehr Sitzplätze und Bäume als Schattenspender.

Maison et jardin d'angle agréables et bien situés

La maison et le jardin d'angle sont agréables avec une décoration du séjour relativement moderne, l'accès à la piscine et à la plage est idéal. Il manque un lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine (lave-linge à déplacer dans la salle de bain), un dessous de plat pour protéger les tables, un porte-manteau sur la porte de la salle de bain et celle de la chambre parentale, un miroir et des étagères dans l'armoire de la chambre parents et un meilleur matelas serait très apprécié.

Gemeinschaftspool war sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt -Spülmaschine in der Küche -Gartenpflege könnte besser sein -Kommode mit Schubladen im Kinderzimmer etwas defekt, konnte man nicht richtig öffnen und schließen -Silikonfugen im Bad könnten erneuert werden

Endroit parfait pour découvrir la region, la maison est bien située, fonctionnelle et proche de la mer et de la piscine, une belle terrasse pour les repas en soirée.

Es war wie immer alles prima!! Eventuell könnte der Eigentümer darüber nachdenken, die Gartenmöbel zu erneuern. Sie sind zwar nicht defekt, doch etwas mehr Komfort wäre schön.

Der schöne Garten, die Größe der Terasse und der tolle Service vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Schloß der Eingangstür ist sehr schwer gängig. Vielleicht würde ein neuer Schlüssel schon helfen, die jetzigen erscheinen sehr abgenutzt.

Schön war es....

Der nette Service vor Ort bei der Schlüsselübergabe oder sonstigen Problemchen. Der schön und liebevoll angelegte Garten war ein Ruheort. Die Einrichtung war hell und modern. Die Tore und Eingangstüre sind schwergängig. Ein Tip für die Erneuerung wäre eine zentrale Schließanlage. Aufgrund der coronabedingten Einschränkungen haben wir jedoch Verständnis, dass nicht alles in Ordnung gebracht werden konnte.

L'emplacement et la tranquillité. La propreté (mauvais odeurs) et investir plus dans la maison: équipements usés, manque de moustiquaires dans les fenêtres, literie étroite.
