This spacious beachfront house has a capacity for 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It features direct and private access to the beach, a community pool, and air conditioning.The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with USB port, and access to the private and fenced garden terrace. The garden is equipped with furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an awning. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double bed, next to the main bathroom with a shower. There is also a suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with sea views. Additionally, you will enjoy a second terrace in the attic of the house to sunbathe and feel the sea breeze.Located in Mas Pinell, this house will allow you to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit, on the privileged Costa Brava in Catalonia. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent selection of restaurants less than 3 km away, you can enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
