This spacious beachfront house has a capacity for 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It features direct and private access to the beach, a community pool, and air conditioning.



The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with USB port, and access to the private and fenced garden terrace. The garden is equipped with furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an awning. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.



On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double bed, next to the main bathroom with a shower. There is also a suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with sea views. Additionally, you will enjoy a second terrace in the attic of the house to sunbathe and feel the sea breeze.



Located in Mas Pinell, this house will allow you to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit, on the privileged Costa Brava in Catalonia. With the Raül Girona supermarket less than 6 km away and an excellent selection of restaurants less than 3 km away, you can enjoy the delicious local cuisine. Additionally, you will have access to the community pool area located in front of the house.

Our stay

Great position next to beach but definitely need a car because we were early in the year we found the house very cold and only heated with the air con units so took ages to warm up The management staff were brilliant very friendly and helpful would have no problem visiting again

Schöne Wochen in Mas Pinell

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für eine schöne, erholsame Zeit braucht. Wir haben die Wochen, gemeinsam mit unserem Hund, in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Inmo Team (für uns immer noch Reservas Team) war wie immer: aufmerksam, nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar . Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr. Nachdem Couch und Terrassenstühle seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt ausgetauscht wurden haben wir nichts zu bemängeln. Einzig wäre die Funktion der Markise. Sie ist schwergängig und die Kurbel könnte ausgetauscht werden.

Die Lage am Meer. In diesem Haus die Küchenausstattung. GESCHIRR, GLÄSER, BESTECK, TÖPFE,PFANNEN,SCHÜSSELN Im Garten noch einen Schattenplatz anlegen. Es gab vor ein paar Jahren noch eine kleine Palme die ein wenig Schatten spendete. Das kleine Bad vlt. mit einer Glasabtrennung versehen anstatt diesen Vorhang.

Wiederholungstäter...

Wir waren im Mai das zweite Mal im Haus "Les Dunes 06". Was soll ich sagen. Alles war perfekt! Die kleinen Kritikpunkte aus dem letzten Jahr waren verschwunden. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer wurde erneuert und die Terrasse wurde ebenfalls mit einem neuen Tisch und neuen Stühlen (Holz/Metall-Kombination) modern und zeitgemäß ausgestattet. Weiterhin wurde der Innenbereich frisch gestrichen. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Und nicht zu vergessen: Die Betreuung durch das Team vor Ort war wieder top! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Nichts! Macht einfach weiter so...

Super séjour

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour, maison très bien située et fonctionnelle, la climatisation dans la pièce principale et dans la chambre parentale ainsi que sur le pallier pour les deux autres chambres est un vrai plus ! Grande salle de bain pour la suite parentale c’est top ! Il manquait des bols, pas pratique pour le petit déjeuner, ainsi que des petites cuillères. Parfait pour le reste !

Disfrutando de unas maravillosas vacaciones

Me gusta todo en general sobre todo la atención de Linda y las personas que colaboran con ella. Es esencial corregir las siguientes deficiencias: El sofá y los sillones del salón están muy sucios y se nota al sentarse que están muy deteriorados, creo que necesitan un cambio. El menaje de cocina como sartenes, bandejas de hornear , etc deben ser sustituidas. También hemos tenido problemas con la antena de TV. Espero que estas deficiencias sean subsanadas para poder seguir disfrutando de unas maravillosas vacaciones.

La nevera esta cambiada, las fundas de sofá y sillones lavadas. El menaje también arreglado. Para el año que viene los propietarios tiene previsto cambiar el sofá. Nos veremos el verano que viene otra vez, como cada año avísenos con antelación para hacer ya la prereserva

Mehr Blick geht nicht...

Wir haben zwei wunderbare, erholsame Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die unmittelbare Strandlage ist einfach fantastisch. Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und hat uns alles geboten, was wir für einen schönen Urlaub benötigten. Die Zimmer und die Bäder waren in einem ordentlichen Zustand und die Küche ebenso. Geschirr und Besteck waren für vier Personen ausreichend vorhanden. Der zum Haus gehörende Garten ist pflegeleicht angelegt und mit zwei Liegen ausgestattet auf denen man es sich entweder in der Sonne oder unter den Palmen gemütlich machen konnte. Das Haus hat eine nach Osten ausgerichtete, schöne große Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch und ausreichend Stühlen. Mit der aufgehenden Sonne im Freien frühstücken, einfach herrlich. Die Gemeinschaftsfläche zwischen den Häuserreihen war immer topgepflegt und der Pool immer sauber. Bei Fragen oder Problemen stand das Team von "Reservas Mas Pinell" immer unkompliziert und sofort (auch per WhatsApp) zur Verfügung. Ein ganz großes Lob an dieser Stelle! Unser Fazit: Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr! Wenn man jetzt anfängt in den Krümeln zu suchen, könnte man sagen, dass die Reinigungskolonne auch mal auf dem Kühlschrank abwischen könnte. Oder das Sofa mal erneuert gehört. Wenn wir im Haus waren, waren wir aber meistens auf der Terrasse oder dem Balkon, daher hat uns das nicht gestört.

Küchengeräte und Haustechnik sollten z. Teil erneuert oder überholt werden

Lage , Garten Schade dass Anfang September das Strandrestaurant schon geschlossen hatte, und somit auch keine Toilette mehr vorhanden war

Great house, perfect location! Had a great time.

The house is practical and well maintained. With a pool and seaview, What more can you ask for ? Airconditioning is missing but the seabreeze compensates for this.. A bit noisy gangs from the campsite roam the streets at night. Beware not to keep valuables outside.
