Hello I'm Robert and I want to welcome you to spend your time in Arizona at my home here is Surprise. My property has premium surround sound, brand new Samsung kitchen appliances, fireplace, a very nice heated waterfall pool (inquire on fee) and Caldera hot tub(inquire on fee) and a perfectly upgraded and maintained backyard with lots of space. The kitchen has brand new premium granite counter tops installed as of May. The property is located within biking distance, less than 2 miles, from the Surprise Stadium 'KC Royals and Rangers', The Aquatic Center, and The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex *2008 USTA Outstanding Facility!* As well as, Community Park, and Dog Park.(Which feature sand volleyball, tennis, fishing, basketball, etc?) There also is a Sunday Market starting Oct 19th from 10-2. Close to the White Tank Regional Park; there are 7 public Golf Courses, and great restaurant selections within 2 miles. The University of Phoenix Cardinals Stadium, Gila River Arena(Concerts and NHL) NASCAR, Newly built Diamond casino and West Gate Entertainment are a short drive away. Did I mention Beautiful Lake Pleasant perfect for camping and water fun with rentals of everything from canoes to sea-doos. Also if you are on the fence about deciding between this and comparable properties please contact me because I will do all I can to make that choice easier.
Layout:
Currently the master bedroom downstairs with 1 cali king and attached his and her bath. Then upstairs there is 1 bedroom with a king, a bedroom with a king and crib and a bedroom with 2 full beds upstairs. Upstairs is the second bath with 2 sinks. Downstairs in the 3rd living room is a pull out queen couch next the the 3rd full bath one sink. Also downstairs is a queen pullout couch downstairs next to the stairs..

The property was exactly as listed and such a nice place to stay for 5 weeks! Well-stocked, comfortable beds and furniture and lots of space! The pool is heated (for a fee) to 83 which is standard but was cold for us. The hot tub was an added bonus as was the fire pit area. Rob was so communicative and had lots of suggestions for the area. This is a great neighborhood and is close to everything.

Had a wonderful time with my teammates at this VRBO. The house, pool, and hot tub were great. We finished 3rd in the country. I’m sure the hot tub had plenty to do with that. Haha. Robert was a great host. Very good with communication and easy checkin. Great house!!!

Girls trip for tennis tourney

Rob was an accommodating and flexible host! Property clean, beautiful back yard. Used the hot tub, dipped our toes in the pool, otherwise too cold for our early April stay and we decided not to pay to heat the pool. Used the grill and had everything we needed for cooking/eating. We were in Surprise for a USTA tennis tournament. Property was a quick and easy drive to the Tennis and Raquet Complex, restaurants, and stores. Recommend to stay with Rob!

My family just returned from a week long stay in Surprise and our experience was wonderful. Prior to booking this home I had several questions and Robert always responded very quickly with helpful information. The home is spacious and the pool area is fantastic! When we arrived at the home, Robert had made sure the home was very welcoming, he even left some wine and roses!! This home is conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We went to several MLB Spring Training games, hiked at White Tank Regional Park, ran a 5K and spent most of our time in the Arizona sun! This is a wonderful home and Robert wants to make your stay the best it can be. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Surprise area.

Rented this house for 3 weeks. It is large with a nice floor plan and is in a very convenient location in Surprise. The house was extremely clean upon arrival. Beds are all comfortable, and the pool and hot tub are lovely (we paid extra to get the temps to our liking). Robert was very responsive to some minor issues that arose during our stay, and to our questions and requests for assistance. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Just as described - Super clean

We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament and were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was explained clearly by the host. The home is very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location. We had a blast and everyone was so glad we did this instead of getting hotel rooms. Fantastic short term rental. Amazing Property Close to Everything

The interior size is incredible. Seven adults had ample space to enjoy privacy and their own sleeping area. The kitchen had sufficient amenities to prepare meals. Coffee dependent individuals had multiple options. Three bathrooms allowed for our group to shower quickly after our tennis matches and get back out into Surprise. Restaurants and grocery options are within walking distance. After figuring out the pool controls, we were able to raise the temperature for wading. Paying for the hot tub was worth it. Our plans experienced an abrupt change. and we had to leave around 7:00 a.m. Cleaning instructions came after. We had done a few things on the list but missed others. My only suggestion would be to have laminated lists on the kitchen counter.
