Stylish Central London Apartment with terrace

Entire flat available located just off beautiful Cleaver Square in Kennington.
On sunny weekends the square fills up with people playing petanque.. Very charming.
On the square there is a traditional English pub which serves food and drinks.
There are many restaurants in the immediate location.
It is only a 4 minute walk to Kennington tube station and 2 stops from the West End.
From this tube station there are good links to all parts of the city. There are several bus stops within a 2 minute walk and these serve all areas of the city. Vauxhall Bus/Train/Tube station is also a 10 minute walk and from here you can get pretty much anywhere in the city... or indeed out of it.
The flat interior is of a modern urban style with exposed brick walls and wooden floors it includes all comforts..
Wifi internet, cable TV, wet room bathroom, balcony/terrace, double bedroom with king sized bed, DOUBLE SOFA BED (1m35 wide POCKET SPRUNG EVERY DAY MATTRESS) in the living room, Nespresso coffee maker (which also now takes Carte Noire capsules)..
The balcony/terrace area has a table and benches and provides an excellent area to breakfast on a summer's day or to relax after a day visiting the city.
This apartment is unique and will be a perfect retreat after a busy day in the city.

Great unit with some annoying issues

Great unit and location good value, location address and key location needs to be substantially improved, Wi-Fi was difficult to connect, television could not be operated at all, host Contact on the site was unavailable once we arrived

Could not get into accommodation

directions not the best. couldn’t access the unit, as password to security box did not work . tried unsuccessfully for 3 hrs. could not contact host. who wasnt even there to meet us as didn’t have WIFI. Paid up front for 7 days had to find alternative accommodation. We were two woman in middle 70s. as to getting to first floor steep cement winding stairs which were not good. we booked and paid last year. I think we are entitled to reimbursement. Not good enough. The host needs to amend his directions and also state condition of access to stairs, ok if 20/30 of age. I will be persuing this matter further when Return home. I have used Stayz before and had no problems. It was a very stressful situation for myself & sister. I would like your feedback on what I need to do next for refund. Thankyou R Taylor

Another great stay !

I've stayed at this apartment on several occasions now and never been disappointed. Great location with excellent bus links to the centre of London. Close to the tube but I found the bus met all of my needs. Nice pub across the road. Close to good restaurants. Stephane is very helpful and great at communication. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay

Location was brilliant. Property is within easy walking distance to Kennington tube station and there are bus options close by. There is a full-sized Tesco supermarket about a 5 min walk away, a Tesco Express really close by and also different eating options in the area. There are also a number of pubs to choose from with the Doghouse and Prince of Wales being our faves. The property itself is clean and roomy and cooking equipment and some food staples are provided. The shower is excellent and the heated towel rack a treat. Radiators kept the flat nice and cosy and the bed was comfy. We had no issues during our stay and the instructions provided for accessing the property and using equipment were easy to follow. We really enjoyed staying here and would book again.

Everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment which had everything we needed. The place was immaculately clean and the bedding so crisp. Convenient to Kennington station which is only a couple of stops to many attractions. It’s very walkable as well if you don’t mind about a half a hour stroll. The only issue I had was finding the key locker because the box is black on a black wall and I arrived at night. A quick phone call to Stephane who was most helpful and patient fixed it in no time. Highly recommended if you don’t want to stay in a hotel in London.

Great location

Excellent location close to tube station. Very clean apartment. Bedroom was tiny but had a double bed. Modern bathroom. Great communications with owner - extremely responsive.

Kennington short stay

Excellent few days! Close to tube/ bus and all amenities. Comfortable apartment and responsive host. Great location close to central London and everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Great London stay

Stephane was a responsive host. The location was close to transport and walking distance to attractions such as Big Ben. The unit was just like the photos. We were 2 adults and a teenager and were happy and comfortable.

Wir haben 5 Tage im Apt. gewohnt. positiv: -Ausstattung von Küche, Wohnraum u. Bad -hervorragende Anbindung an Öffentl. Nahverkehr (Bus) -gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe -einige Restaurants in 5 Min. fußl. erreichbar -Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos negativ: -es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank oder wenigstens eine Kleiderstange -es war zeitweise recht laut (Straßen- u. Flugverkehr) -die Beschreibung zum Öffnen des Schlüsselsafes sollte noch mal überarbeitet werden; im Dunkeln u. bei Regen nicht so einfach.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Platz auf dem Balkon ist sehr schön, wenn das Wetter denn mitspielt. Die Zentralge Lage mit nur wenigen U-Bahnstationen bis zum Leicester Square mit den ganzen Theatern war wunderbar.

Cozy London Flat near Underground

We spent a 4-day vacation in the flat and enjoyed the neighborhood with very conveniently located restaurants and shops and close access on the Underground to anywhere in London. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and newly renovated bath room. Our host was very quick to answer any questions that we had before and during our trip. During the sunny days that we had, we were able to cook breakfast and sit on the large porch in the quiet morning in the middle of Kennington and then head off for our different excursions. Because it is a small one-bedroom flat, there is no room to put luggage nor clothing taken out of the luggage. So one just needs to be well organized and keep things in their place so that you can walk around in the flat. Although we were not able to get the guest access to Netflix to connect, we were able to screencast from our phones and enjoyed watching a movie that way in the comfortable living room. We'd definitely stay there again if we were back in London!

Apartamento amplio y bien ubicado en Londres. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Lo que es algo menos cómodo es el sofa-cama, para el tercer huésped, pero soportable para unos pocos dias. Lo mejor del apartamento es la comunicación y la predisposición de Stephane para resolver cualquier problema.

Nice London stay

Nice apartment 5 minutes walk from Kennington station. Residential area with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would return without any hesitation.

Perfect location!

We spent a lovely week in Stephane's flat in Kennington. It is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to cook a light meal, especially with Tesco only a short walk away. There are great pubs and a Chinese restaurant right around the corner. Just a couple of blocks away is the Kennington tube station where you can easily connect to anywhere in central London. The walk through Cleaver Square was a joy with all of the Christmas decorations. Stephane was a joy to work with. He is always readily available to answer any questions or concerns.
