About this property

Stunning beachfront location, panoramic sea views, in the heart of LaCala

Spacious apartment in a fabulous location on the beach front, near the Plaza de Torreon. Fantastic sea views. New air con system (cools in Summer, warms in Winter) installed in lounge and all bedrooms. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people in two doubles and a twin room. There are two bathrooms, including the en-suite to the master bedroom, both have shower cubicles. There's a 21" flat screen TV with UK channels. Vodafone high speed fibre internet, and a range of English books available to read. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including a new washing machine, new dishwasher and a microwave. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. La Cala's restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour and supermarkets are all only a minute or two away, as is the La Cala beach boardwalk trail which now extends 6km to Puerto Cabopino. Spend the day on the beach and lunch in the beach bars or pop back to the apartment to refresh and take a siesta. Enjoy watching ‘the world go by’ from the balcony and see the sunset over the Med. There are numerous golf courses within a few km. Strictly non smokers or pets. Available for 2-3 month lettings.

Why they chose this property

Our parents fell in love with La Cala 35 years ago when they stumbled across this hidden gem on a camping holiday. They purchased a holiday home in the area the following year and relocated twice until they realised their dream of owning a beachfront property in the heart of the village.

What makes this property unique

Everything is on your doorstep, you can stay for weeks without needing to leave the village. Our excellent property manager lives locally and is on hand to quickly deal with any questions or problems.
