Aufenthalt mit kleinen MĂ€ngeln

Zu unserem Aufenthalt in der "Villa mit Charme" möchten wir folgendes Feedback geben: Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, GeschĂ€fte Restaurants und ein Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Bis zum Zentrum sind es ca. 2,5 km, was mit dem Auto kein Problem ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der ĂŒberdachte Sitzbereich im Innenhof. Negativ: die Kommunikation klappt ausschließlich auf französisch, auch der Willkommensordner ist ausschließlich in französischer Sprache. Im Dreibettzimmer dĂŒnsten die holzvertĂ€felten WĂ€nde einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch aus; schlafen war nur mit weit geöffnetem Fenster möglich, das direkt zur Straße herausgeht. Die Klinke der ToilettentĂŒr im Haus ließ sich nur von außen bewegen, eine zugesagte Reparatur erfolgte nicht. Das WLAN war nicht nutzbar, da das angegebene Passwort falsch war. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten im "Anbau" waren nur eingeschrĂ€nkt nutzbar. Es roch feucht und muffig, die DuschtĂŒr schloss nicht richtig und die Toilette ist so klein, dass man nur rĂŒckwĂ€rts hineingehen konnte und ein erwachsener Mann die TĂŒr im Sitzen nicht mehr schließen konnte. Wir hĂ€tten auch gerne gegrillt, aber Grillrost und Plancha waren verdreckt, außerdem waren noch die halb abgebrannten Grillkohlen eines Vormieters im Grill. Fazit: Ein schönes Haus mit Instandhaltungsstau.

De la prise de contact, à l'accueil en début de séjour et la restitution des clés, tout s'est bien déroulé. La maison est accueillante, propre et convient tout à fait à une famille. Idéalement placée, cette location est à recommander. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, merci !

Maison et terrasse trÚs agréables

La maison est trÚs agréable. L'équipement est complet : 2 salles de douche avec sÚche cheveux et serviettes, cuisine entiÚrement équipée (y compris Nespresso) avec ses torchons, 6 vrais lits dont 3 simples et 2 doubles répartis dans 3 chambres avec placards et cintres + 1 canapé lit dans le salon séjour. Parfait pour 6-7 personnes !! Le patio est entiÚrement équipé et super pour les discussions tranquilles à l'abri des regards. Quartier tranquille proche de plusieurs commerces. Seul bémol : l'acces en transport en commun est limité selon les jours et il faut compter 25-30mn de marche pour rejoindre le centre trÚs vivant d'Arcachon.

Maison à rénover !

Maison agrĂ©able mais qui a besoin d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e. La palissade en bois devant la maison est vĂ©tuste et Ă  repeindre ainsi que le portail qui ferme difficilement. Le jonc de mer au sol est sale et se dĂ©colle .....(pas adaptĂ© Ă  une maison de bord de mer !) La table et les fauteuils extĂ©rieurs en bois sous l'auvent sont trĂšs vĂ©tustes et l'on ne peut s'en servir en l'Ă©tat .....Le store dans le bungalow est trĂšs abimĂ© et il n'y a aucune isolation. Un ventilateur serait apprĂ©ciable ! En rĂ©sumĂ©, il y a pas mal de travaux Ă  effectuer pour retrouver une "maison de charme" !

Cette destination (Arcachon, le bassin, etc ....) est des plus agréables car tant de choses à faire, à voir ! La maison l'est tout autant : trÚs bien située dans un quartier typique, à 2 pas des commerces et de la meilleure poissonnerie de la ville (choix et fraßcheur au rdv !), et trÚs fonctionnelle ... rien de manque ! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr. TrÚs bon accueil.

TrÚs bonne location bien située et bien équipée

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Arcachon, la maison est bien située proche des commerces et accés facile aux pistes cyclables pour le centre ville. Maison bien agencée avec une cour intérieur pour prendre ses repas.Bon équipement pour cuisiner .
