Our stay at Phoenix West was absolutely unforgettable! The condo was beyond perfect! Prickett Properties could not have been any more helpful and friendly. Hurricane Isaias tried to put a damper on our trip, but with the help of Prickett Properties, a slight delay in our plans is all that happened. They kept us well informed throughout the process and made our check-in seamless. The condo itself was AMAZING! Perfectly clean and well equipped. The view is beyond words. The location is so convenient to everything! The amenities were everything and more. We will definitely go with Prickett and Phoenix West again, as well as recommend them to all!

Everything was great, clean, and convenient. Very happy with the condo overall! The only complaint our family had was that the dryer didn't work very well - it took 4-5 cycles to dry a load of laundry. But that wasn't a big deal at all, we all had plenty of clothes with us.

Awesome unit. Plenty of space for a family, and amazing view from huge balcony. Spent plenty of time in the pools - both indoor and outdoor, as well as hot tubs and saunas (note, the only thing that was mildly disappointing was that the thing that looks like an outdoor hot tub in the pictures is NOT a hot tub, but rather a kiddie pool). Great stay, and look forward to another trip in the future.

Thank you for your great review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout and took full advantage of the large balcony and amazing views—those are definitely guest favorites. It sounds like you made the most of the amenities, from the indoor and outdoor pools to the hot tubs and saunas, which is wonderful to hear! We also appreciate you pointing out the confusion regarding the outdoor feature pictured. Your feedback is very helpful, and we’ll make sure to clarify that detail for future guests. We’re so glad you had a great stay overall and truly look forward to welcoming you back for another trip! -Amanda with Prickett Properties

I have stayed with many different management companies that operate in Gulf Shores. Picket Properties was the most responsive to our needs. From the small stuff like a water filter to larger stuff like water coming through the vent from the upstairs unit. They answered our calls and took great care of us. The 4 bedroom unit on the 25th floor had amazing views when we were not fogged in. Everyone had a great time. Phoenix West has a lot of activities for snowbirds or winter residents. There were activities going on in the lobby area almost every day.
The only building you could see from the 25th floor when the fog rolled in.
Amazing gulf views
Awesome Sunsets
