The ideal apartment for a sun and beach holiday in the centre of Salou. Located on the second line from the beach, on the street parallel to Paseo Jaime I. A 3-minute walk from Llevant Beach. It has a communal area with a swimming pool and children's pool, perfect for a dip after the beach.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted. It is exclusive for couples or small families.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Air conditioning only in the living room.
- Optional parking with supplement and subject to availability. Not suitable for very large cars.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.
