Beautiful, cosy house "La Tordara", renovated in 2022, surrounded by trees. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 5 km from the centre of Orbetello, 8 km from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, in the woods. Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden flowers and trees. Hot tub, barbecue. In the house: table football. Narrow motor access. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 5 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1.5 km, ferry 6 km, sandy beach "Giannella / Feniglia" 5 km. Wonderful stay away from it all

This was the highlight of our stay in Italy. Away from the tourist crowds with a beautiful, secluded view. The use of the stone, outdoor grill was perfect for creating our own Tuscan style dinners. Very relaxing.

Wirklich großartig!!!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa La Tordara! Es ist ein Stück vom Paradies… Mit Blick gen Osten über die Lagune aufs Festland lohnt es sich zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit auf den wunderschönen Terrassen zu sitzen und zu genießen. Mit viel Gefühl für die Lage haben die liebenswerten Eigentümer ein kleines Stück vom Paradies geschaffen. Als letztes Grundstück der Straße liegt es ruhig inmitten von Feigen, Palmen, Eukalyptusbäumen und Zypressen hoch oben am Hang mit einem fantastischen 180-Grad-Blick. Danach kommt nur noch Wildnis und nachts hört man nichts als Tiere. Die Terrassen sind großzügig rund um das Haus angelegt, überall gibt es schattige Plätze zum Sitzen oder liegen. Und wer gerne kocht, findet perfekte Bedingungen, sogar ein Steinofen für Pizza gibt es auf der Terrasse und eigenes Gemüse. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Fliegengitter im Fenster schützen vor Mücken und mit der Klimaanlage wurde auch die extreme Hitze dieses Sommers gut erträglich. Unser knapp 18-jähriger Sohn hat das eigene Appartement im separaten Häuschen sehr genossen. Das Haus wird auf jeden Fall auch hohen Ansprüchen gerecht. Der Traumstrand Feniglia ist in wenigen Kilometern ohne viel Stau auch in der Hochsaison zu erreichen. Die Abendsonne verschwindet abends hinter dem Monte Argentario. Im Hochsommer waren wir über Schatten am Ende des Tages oft froh! Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Barbara und Klaus für die herzliche Betreuung. Es war großartig!

Toller Urlaub in der Toskana

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick ins Grüne! Die Küche war gut sortiert, ideal um für mehrere Erwachsene zu kochen. Sehr viele Mücken waren v.a. nachmittags / abends unterwegs. Der Jacuzzi war sehr erfrischend und ein tolles Highlight der Unterkunft - das Aufheizen hat allerdings recht lange gedauert. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die unsere Erwartungen erfüllt hat!

Tolles Haus in Traumhafter Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Hunden und 5 Erwachsenen Personen in diesem wundervoll gelegenen und mit unglaublich viel Liebe renoviertem 2 Häuser Domizil. Neben einem tollen und fantastisch angelegtem großen, komplett eingezäuntem Grundstück begeisterte uns der Ausblick und der wundervolle Garten (und dass schon in der Nachosterwoche). Im Haus mangelt es an nichts, 3 Zimmer mit je einem Bad inkl. Toilette, super moderne Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer runden das Ganze ab. Die Vermieter sind top.

Tolle Unterkunft im Grünen mit sensationellem Ausblick!

Tolle Unterkunft! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse mit vielen Sitz-/Liege-Möglichkeiten und dem Whirlpool sind das Highlight des Ferienhauses. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Een warm welkom in een supermooi vakantiehuis. Wij waren met gezin (6 personen) in de herfstvakantie in monte argentario. We hebben genoten van het huis en tuin met prachtig uitzicht en de omgeving. De ontvangst was hartelijk en warm, alles prima verzorgd.

Bella casa in mezzo alla natura , dotata di tutte le comodità , di un ampio e curato giardino, accogliente e curata nei particolari come se non fosse una casa vacanza. CASA IN OASI DI PACE

Casa in collina ma comodissima per Porto S. Stefano e Porto Ercole (15 min.) e per le vicine spiagge sabbiose della Giannella e della Feniglia (7 min.). Panorama che spazia dal verde collinare e della pianura al mare. Clima perfetto per ristorarsi alla sera e cenare all'aperto immersi nel verde del curatissimo giardino terrazzato. Casa pulitissima a cui non manca nulla, bene attrezzata con bagni nuovi e docce ampie. La host Barbara è precisa nelle consegne e sempre disponibile. Top!!!

Casa deliziosa ed accogliente immersa in un un giardino mediterraneo meraviglioso, funzionale e completa di ogni dettaglio. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto con grande cordialità oltre ogni aspettativa,disponibili per ogni necessità. Posizione ideale , fuori da confusione ma vicino a tutte le destinazione.
