It is a suitable, spacious, with terrace, in a quiet area with private parking space just in front of the access to the middle of stairs so it is not recommended for young children or people with some mobility difficulty, it is in a first and only plant that gives views of only 8 minutes by car from the center of Puerto del Carmen, where there are bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacies and all the services you may need. There is also a health center just 5 minutes away, gas stations and others perfectly connected to all the tourist centers of the island, easy access to the beautiful area of unique vineyards in Lanzarote, as well as an area where many of our lovers al paragliders will practice that adventure sport.
