Seaside holiday home in Nebida, Iglesias, in a brand new structure

The apartment is perfect for those who love privacy and a breathtaking sea view. Equipped with all comforts, it is ideal for couples, small groups and families. The kitchen-living room and the master bedroom enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, with Sugar Loaf in the foreground. The external courtyard, which always overlooks the sea, is always available to guests.
The entrance is totally private and you can park your car a short distance away.
The house is part of the structure of the B&B Pedra Rubia and is always managed by the owners. The advantage is that Marco and Tiziana, the owners, are present in the structure (they live in the apartment next door) and can provide organizational support for the holiday (indications on the main attractions, public transport, clubs, restaurants, services, events) with maps and maps to consult.
There is the possibility to rent bicycles and the whole Mountain Bike kit (bike, helmet, gloves, camelbak), small cycle-workshop for the repair of your bicycle. Support is provided in the organization of guided tours of MTB, Trekking and Free Climbing and in the organization of cultural and environmental guided tours in Italian or English.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Une vue magnifique, idéale pour l’apéro après une journée de ballade, un calme absolu.Vraiment des vacances de rêves.Un plage tranquille à environ 4 kms mais la vue pour y accéder vaut le déplacement. Tiziana est vraiment très gentille et donne de bonnes adresses de resto. Je recommande à 100 %

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Aussicht

Großzügige Wohnung mit Terrasse, auf der man atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Landschaft ist sehr interessant. Wir haben bei unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt leider nicht alles geschafft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Super Aussicht, schöne Wohnung

Schöne, saubere, großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Terrasse mit einmaliger Aussicht über die Küste. Nette Gastgeber. Gut funktionierende AC (bei 35° + im Juni unbedingt erforderlich) . Anfahrt etwas umständlich, keine tiefergelegten Fahrzeuge o.ä. besser leicht geländegängig für die letzten 200 m. Für einen Aufenthalt von 3-5 Tagen absolut zu empfehlen. Der Ort ist auch sehr nett, überall tolle Aussicht, gute Lokale ("dai capitano" sehr zu empfehlen,"906 operaio" hat nur gute aussicht ....) Nebida und Pedra Rubia besuchen wir gerne wieder.

Entspannte Urlaubstage mit Küstenpanorama

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Terasse und fantastischer Aussicht - im Vordergrund das Meer mit Felsküste und im Hintergrund Berge mit Bergwerk. Sympathische Gastgeberin und unkomplizierte An- und Abreiseregelungen. Schöne Küstenwanderungen mit tollen Badebuchten zum Abkühlen in der Nähe. Besten Dank an Tiziana!

Vista mozzafiato sul Pan di Zucchero

L'appartamento, ubicato in zona tranquilla nella parte più alta di Nebida ai piedi della montagna, è spazioso e confortevole, dotato di cortile privato dove poter cenare al tramonto con una spettacolare vista sul Pan di Zucchero. Consigliato a coppie che desiderano staccare la spina dalla frenesia di tutti giorni e dai rumori della città. I padroni di casa sono stati gentili e disponibili. Consigliato

Excellent séjour à Nebida

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description faite sur le site. Les équipements sont récents et de qualité. En outre, la vue est sur le fameux "Pan di Zucchero" depuis le logement est magnifique. A recommander vivement à tous les amoureux du Sud de la Sardaigne. Prachtige ligging

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in deze streek. De woning is gerieflijk en gezellig, het zicht op de zee met bijhorende zonsondergang wondermooi. Bovendien zijn de huiseigenaren heel hulpvaardig. Een aanrader!
