We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean, comfortable, and in the cutest neighborhood. Loved having the 24 hr market across the street and lovely coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!!!
Wonderful unit in quiet neighborhood close to all the fun stuff via underground or short cab ride. Jenny is a wonderful host and the unit was clean and beds very comfortable. We will definitely recommend and stay here again when back to London
Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay. The flat is about a 7-10 minute walk from the tube and is a nice quiet base for exploring London. Jenny is a very kind host and provided all we needed for our stay.

Thank you Natalie, so glad you enjoyed your trip and hope to see you again.
The apartment was as pretty in person as it is on the website. Only a few minutes walk to the underground station. Thanks to weather gods as we had no rain the whole week we were there. Would stay here again.
Jenny’s flat was a perfect base for our London vacation. Many good restaurants nearby, plus shops for when we wanted to cook. The Tube stop is a short (5-ish) minute walk through a charming neighborhood. And the accommodations were very comfortable and fresh, with thoughtful touches like milk for our morning coffee. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
We loved our stay, the place is very beautiful and clean. The only downside was that there is no Ac and we have to keep windows open. However everything else was good and we will definitely recommend to families who are looking for a base in London.
The property was the perfect fit for our family of 4! Spacious, great location with many food options, cafes and a local store to pick up essentials. Jenny was very responsive, helpful & very welcoming. Quick walk to the tube made getting around very easy too.
Loved the apartment. Beautifully decorated in a fantastic location. Closest tube station was only five minutes walk away. Lovely local bar and lots of convenience stores close by. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend staying here. We’ll be back!
Comfortable, stocked flat in a lovely neighborhood close to tube
Jenny’s lovely flat was comfortable and stocked with coffee, milk, juice, champagne and cookies! We appreciated having a washer and a small dishwasher, and being in a location close to the tube. Jenny was a gracious and helpful host.

Nice experience
Quite convenient location (for us). Partly vintage-style (very British). For London clearly above average. We enjoyed the stay very much.
The handling by VRBO was quite embarrassing. Kept us busy for one day.

We loved staying at Jenny’s flat! Jenny is so kind and easy to speak with. Flat is wonderful with comfortable front room and bedrooms.
We were there for a two week trip, and the location was incredibly convenient. There is a bus stop right around the corner, with a Tube stop close by. The small market across the street had all of the necessities as well.
Highly recommended!

Lovely!
My family truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Maida Vale. The location is perfect (just a few blocks from the underground) and the apartment had everything we needed for a great holiday. Jenny provided a very comprehensive letter introducing us to the neighborhood including restaurant recommendations, transportation information, etc. - very helpful! I highly recommend this listing.

Thank you Anne,
Lovely to meet you all and Happy New year to you! Hope to see you in London again soon.
Kind regards,
Jenny.
Warmly greeted by Jenny upon our arrival. The flat is much larger than it appears in the photo: perfect for a family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home.
Close to the Underground station and bus stops (there's one right on the corner). Short walk to shopping (bakery, grocery stores, dining (local pubs, canal side restaurants) and green spaces. A wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated space.

It was our pleasure hosting Bernard and family. Happy to have back at any time, they were easy to communicate with and left our place in immaculate condition. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We loved everything about this flat! It was beautiful, extremely clean and equipped and in an amazing and quiet part of London - a perfect place to come home to each night of our stay. Maida Vale Tube is just down the block, maybe 5-7 minutes walk.Very easy to get anywhere in London from here. Jenny was wonderful. Very responsive and offered great suggestions. She was flexible upon check in and check out which we so appreciated. Thank you for an incredible stay, Jenny! We will be back!
We couldn't have asked for a better flat from which to explore London. The neighborhood, clearly an upscale area, was quiet without being dead -- perfect for relaxing in the evening after being among the crowds during the day. The flat is a five-minute walk from the Bakerloo line, making it supereasy to zip into Central London.
The accommodations themselves were exactly as advertised: lots of space to relax, nicely decorated, with plenty of character. With the high ceilings and solid construction, we never heard the neighbors.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
The place is clean. Beds are confortable. It's close to multiple convenient stores. The location is perfect. Not very far from LHR and close to the center of London. It's next to a bus stop. It's easier to take the bus and take the tube at Warwick rather than walking to Maida Vale. My only issue was the valve trim handle in the shower. It was a little bit hard to adjust the temperature. It might need some adjustment or be replaced.Other than that, I will definitively recommend that place.
My husband, adult daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting London recently. The flat is lovely--filled with beautiful light, high ceilings and period charm. The two bedrooms/1 bath worked perfectly for the three of us. Flat also has wi-fi and smart TV.
The neighborhood is terrific as well -- centrally located, but residential enough for it to quiet down in the evenings. It is a short walk to the Bakerloo line, certainly handy for going to/coming from West End theaters (which we did a couple nights) and of course, connecting to anywhere else within London. Paddington Station is close by, so getting to/from LHR via the Heathrow Express was quick and hassle-free as well.
There a few small markets in the neighborhood for basics like milk, eggs, etc. Gail's (across from the tube stop) has delicious bread and pastries. We also had a great meal at Antika one evening (just around the corner from the flat).
Jenny is a hostess with mostest! Greeted us upon our arrival with a friendly smile and welcome. She had stocked the fridge with bubbly, milk, coffee, etc which were much appreciated (many thanks!). She was available during our stay for any questions as well.
We'd love to return sometime soon!
Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung für 2 Personen!Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Einkaufen direkt gegenüber täglich bis 23 Uhr geöffnet!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely flat. The location was quiet and perfect for our needs. Everything is in walking distance. Jenny was a fantastic host - kind, attentive and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more!
Very nice to stay in a great neighborhood that's quiet, but easy to get to everything we needed.

About the host
Hosted by Jenny Green
Hi We bought our apartment in 1990 and still love the place as much now as we did then. We both work in the creative industries and the property reflects this! It's a character property with gorgeous original features. We feel it's our sanctuary in the heart of the greatest city in the world.
Why they chose this property
Original features, high ceilings, wood floors, secure and lots of light . The painter Edward Adrizzone owned the house and used our flat as his studio in the 1950's. We have a blue plaque to commemorate him.
What makes this property unique
Great transport links across London. Walking distance to BBC Maida Vale studios, Little Venice, Portobello Market thriving local pubs and bars. Direct Bus ride to the Science and Natural History museums and Westfield White City. London Zoo, Lords Cricket ground are both less than 10 minutes away in a cab.
