Tourist apartment in the TROIA RESORT beaches. December the sun of Portugal.

2nd floor apartment with nice sitting-room with sofa bed for couples and one small room with bunk beds for two people. Good bathroom with bath, kitchenette and balcony to large square, arrelvada and entertainment for children. The apartment has underfloor heating. Situated next to the Troia Casino, wide beaches and area restaurants, craft and other amenities. In Troia there are many tennis courts, golf and water sports. Opposite the Troia is the city of Setubal, one of the most important in Portugal, at 15 minutes alcande by excellent ferry-boat, with abundant monuments and with access to the Capuchin Convent, with stunning views of the entire area.
The ONLY IS AVAILABLE IN DECEMBER (1 December 31) .It is a great month for winter holidays with temperatures of 16-20 degrees Celsius, usually sunny throughout the month, with very good food throughout the area and host magnificent tourist and cheap life. TROIA RESORT is one of the biggest tourist EMPREENDIMENTOS of Portugal.
