If you are looking for 1BR condo right on the beach with full floor to ceiling windows facing the beach from every room, then you need to check out Unit 302 in Tower 4. Two flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable amenities make this an excellent choice. Private bathroom access from bedroom or living room. Large balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach. Fabulous pools, poolside snack bar, and hot tubs available for your use. PLUS your own reserved beach chairs with umbrella included in your rental for no extra charge March through October. Check out our reviews!

Very nice established Panama City Beach condo. Phenomenal wide balcony with excellent beach views. The beach chairs were included for our stay which was a very nice bonus. Loved the master bedroom size and opening up to the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and tub could use some additional cleaning. The rest of the condo is very clean. Towels and wash walls need to be replaced.The owner was very responsive when I had questions. We had a great relaxing stay.

This was our third year staying at this beautiful and relaxing condo. Angie is awesome to work with during booking process. The photos don't do this condo justice, the views are amazing and you can actually hear the waves through the sliding doors while resting in the king size bed!!!The complimentary beach chair setup is such a plus, the guys were great this year making sure we were taken care of. We are already looking forward to our next vacay! Book this condo, you won't regret it!!!

We had an amazing stay at Long Beach Resort. Angie was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire booking process effortless.The condo was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable week, from a fully stocked kitchen to a spacious balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the pool with private beach access, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.If you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped condo with an attentive host and a fantastic beachfront location, we highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay. Property is spread out so the beach isn’t overly crowded unlike the neighboring high rise condos. You will need to provide your own dish soap, body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and 13 gallon trash bags. This is a very nice condo and reasonably priced. I would recommend it and certainly look to rebook it in the future. Communication was top notch.

Had a really great stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It would be good for a couple or a small family. It’s close to everything and lots of places to eat. I would say the condo needs a good deep clean but I understand it’s busy with people in and out. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay! It was equipped with anything you need but if you did need something Walmart is less than a mile away.

Great location The construction was a bit more than we were expecting. Even though the balcony was available, we weren't really apprised of the extent to which work was being done on the property. Condo was very clean, had a KEUREG COFFEE MAKER, close to everything we wanted to do, very close to beach which would be a plus is you had to take a lot to the beach, heated pools and hot tubs was perfect for this December weather. Hope to come again soon!

Why they chose this property

If you have visited other beach front property, you will understand the benefit of having the floor plan of this condo run parallel to the beach. Both the living room and the bedroom have full floor to ceiling windows offering a view of the beach wide open from every room. The huge balcony runs the entire width of the condominium and is accessible from both rooms. The third floor view provides enough privacy while still allowing you to feel part of the beach scene just by sitting on the balcony. Also you are low enough to use the stairways instead of the elevator if you so desire.

Whether it is walking on the beach at sunrise, searching for shells with your children, reading and napping under an umbrella, or riding the waves on a boogie board, our condo will provide the perfect home base for you and your friends or family.
