Quiet, spacious and comfortable
Our family of four stayed here for a Thanksgiving visit with my extended family. Usually we rent a house in Virginia Highland, where we lived for many years, but for this trip we wanted to be north of the Perimeter to cut down on drive time. I didn't really know the Roswell area before, but Noble Cottage was really convenient to the kind of food you want on a family trip - lots of bakeries, a really good Cuban restaurant, and Whole Foods about 15 minutes away. The house is on a dead-end street so there is no traffic, and it's far enough from the main drag (Canton) that you don't get any traffic noise. The outside of the house looks small, but it lives much larger. There are three roomy bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a nice big kitchen and a couple of seating areas. All the furnishings are modern, clean and attractive, and there are plenty of reading lights. The four of us felt like we had plenty of space, slept well and felt cozy -- this is everything we need to be very happy. The owner was easy to connect with and gave us an extra hour to check out, which let us sleep in a bit longer and feel less rushed when we were leaving. I would highly recommend this house and expect we will stay here on future visits.
Very Nice House and Great Location
The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a long wedding weekend stay. The location is perfect for Canton Street fun and is in walking distance to a couple of parks as well.
The master bedroom and bathroom is separated from the other two bedrooms for added privacy. Great covered porch and large back yard. The owner checked in a couple times via texts and was easily reachable if we needed her
