Newly renovated and situated on a private one-acre lot in downtown Alpharetta. This 3BR/2BR ranch is perfect to relax and unwind. The home is a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Downtown Alpharetta, just 1 mile from beautiful Avalon and GA400 and 2.5 miles from Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. Perfect for vacationers, business travelers, and staycationers. The home features an open floorplan with tons of natural light, surrounded by a beautiful landscape you can see from every window. Relax on the covered front porch or enjoy some sunshine and privacy on the back deck. Fast Wifi included. City of Alpharetta Ordinance No 883 limits the day time guests to 10 total occupants during daytime hours (7:00am-11:00pm) and six total occupants during night time hours (11:00pm - 7:00am). Excellent property within walking distance to downtown Alpharetta. The house is quiet and clean. The only thing missing is a true dining room for family dinners, but we make use of the large island in the kitchen...all good. This is our 3rd time staying at the property and would recommend if you are looking for a quiet clean home with walking distance of shops and restaurants.
