260 square meter villa that sleeps eight,situated on a peaceful 22,000 square meter property with a commanding view of the picturesque village of Rognes. The house is surrounded by old stone terrraces, wild oaks, pine trees, and olive groves. The swimming pool is equipped with a jacuzzi ,a waterfall and a natural system of filtration. The swimming pool area offers the same spectacular view and the pool house is ideal for summer barbecues.
The house combines tradition and modernity .The interior is decorated with quality materials, wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tile floors, stone arches and an 18th century open fireplace . It also provides all modern comfort.
The four bedrooms are air conditioned. Three of them open onto outdoor terraces and have their own bathrooms and toilets.
The en suite master room has a 1,60 meter bed and its bathroom is equipped with a jetted tub
In bedroom 2 there is a 1,60 meter bed. On its small mezzanine ,there is also a 1,40 metre bed.
Bedroom 3 is equipped with a 1,60 meter bed with a possibility to divide it into 2 separate beds (80 +80 ) .
Bedroom 4 : 1,40 m bed .
The double living - room is very spacious and comfortable with three large sofas and a large flat screen TV.
The kitchen also opens onto a 100 meter terrace and is fully equipped with all the modern appliances.
During the warmest hours,It is very pleasant to take a nap under the arcades where the atmosphere is nice and cool or to take a dip in the clear water of the pool ,relax in its jacuzzi or under its waterfall.
La Romane is a wonderful place to enjoy the Provençal way of life and a great starting point to discover our beautiful region .

We arrived late in the evening but the owner could not have been more helpful and arranged to meet us with the key.We were 4 adults in 3 rooms which was the perfect group size. the rooms were air-conditioned and cool Beautiful decor and felt very away from everything.The kitchen was well equipped and there is a fridge down by the pool which is where we ate every evening.The pool is beautiful and private - with a lovely waterfall feature. Don't want to jinx it, but almost no mosquitos when we were there!Town is a 10 minute drive away so not easily walkable - but we tended to go a little further afield late afternoon and then return to eat at home because it was so beautiful on the terraces and by the pool.

Magnifique

Séjour parfait dans un cadre magnifique, le cliché de la Provence qu'on aime. Un site naturel. Vue sur des vallons et des pins, de jolies balades à la sortie de la maison. Le calme sans l'isolement. Maison vaste et bien équipée. Des hôtes aux petits soi ns. On recommande !
