The apartment:
The KRABI BEACH apartment in Sitges is located on a first floor with no lift and has been completely remodeled and redecorated in 2014.

Upon entering the apartment our guests will find a small hall which gives access to the main room of the house.

This room, bright and airy, is divided in three areas: the living area, with a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV, the dining area with a table + chairs and the open plan kitchen. Also the property offers free wifi access for our guests convenience.

The pure white brand new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay, including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of utensils.

From the living area, floor to ceiling French doors give access to a nice terrace that offers unobstructed views of the surrounding gardens.

Back inside the apartment our guests will find three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

All three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and a wardrobe space. One bedroom is by the living room and faces the back gardens. The other two bedrooms are facing the quiet street.

Both bathrooms are equipped with WC, hand basin and walk in shower.

The KRABI BEACH apartment has two air conditioning units, one in the living and the other one in the hall between bedrooms.

This is a great apartment in Sitges in a perfect location, just a minute from San Sebastian beach and 5 minutes walk to the centre, perfect for relaxing after a “stressful” day sunbathing and swimming on the beach.

The surroundings:
Located in the quiet but central San Sebastian area of Sitges, this apartment is superb for the beach.

The KRABI BEACH apartment is just a minute walk to the family friendly San Sebastian Beach, where you can enjoy a tasty paella or a seafood menu and a glass of local wine on the terrace of one of the many great restaurants this picturesque beach front has to offer.

The sheltered Balmins beach (clothes optional) is also close to this apartment.

The apartment is also within 5 minutes walk of Sitges old town, where you can amble through the maze of medieval streets, stop off for a cool beer, buy some souvenirs in one of the many picturesque shops or take in a museum or art gallery. This is also where you will find the famous nightlife of Sitges.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1,75€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
