The apartment:
The MONENBASIA apartment in Sitges is on the first floor of a small residential building.

The lounge and dining area is bright and equipped with a comfortable sofa, a wooden table with matching chairs and a flat-screen TV with international satellite channels.

From the living / dining room there is access to a small balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs, perfect to relax and just watch the world go by. The balcony offers partial sea views.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything our guests might need to make your stay more comfortable in case they want to cook in the apartment.

However, Sitges offers a variety of restaurants with a wide range of all styles.

In the same building as the apartment MONENBASIA apartment, our guests can find the La Salseta Restaurant, one of the best local representatives of the Slow Food movement. In their culinary creations, preferably local and seasonal products are used. You can´t leave Sitges without visiting this restaurant!.

The MONENBASIA apartment has two double bedrooms, both facing the rear of the building.

The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. This room has direct access to a small balcony where the washing machine. This balcony offers nice views to a small public garden.

The second bedroom has two single beds and has access to a small courtyard.

Each room has its own air conditioning unit.

The modern bathroom comes with toilet, sink and shower with a glass partition.

The MONENBASIA apartment offers free ADSL internet access with free wifi for the convenience of our guests.

In short, the MONENBASIA apartment in Sitges, with its central location, is perfect for those wanting to stay close to the action, but yet in a quiet area.

The surroundings:
The MONENBASIA apartment is located in a pedestrian street in the center of Sitges, a few meters from Passeig de la Ribera and beaches.

The apartment is perfectly located for guests who wish to enjoy a central, comfortable and convenient accommodation only steps from the beach and close to most Sitges attractions.

To take into account...:
Pets, parties and smoking NOT allowed.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1,75€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
