Situación cercana a la playa y tranquilidad absoluta dentro de la urbanización
Las villas tienen ya unos años y se nota su deterioro en concreto en la citada Villa Lubina, la puerta de entrada está descolgada y por lo tanto el cerrojo no funcionaba y la llave hay que hacer esfuerzos para manipularla

Agradable, pero…
Su frescura gracias al aire acondicionado el ambiente familiar las dos terrazas la decoración la limpieza
Poner un lava vajillas una cocinera que funcione (horno out) refección de la luz en la cocina : pasar el climatizador de abajo de la habitación a la entrada o añadir uno para las dos primeras habitaciones? La puerta de entrada no cierra.

Guter Service bei einem älteren Haus
Die Vermieter waren sehr aktiv und haben bei jeder E-Mail schnell reagiert. So war am 1. Tag die Klimaanlage defekt, die sofort ausgetauscht wurde. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage, keine 100 m zum Strand. Allerdings sind die Häuser dort schon 25 Jahre alt und entsprechend nicht ganz dem Standards. So wurde Internet via Satellit empfangen, was sehr störanfällig war und das Fernsehen könnte noch nicht einmal den aktuellen Sport aufweisen, während der Fußball WM!
Die Isolierung vom Haus war auch nicht prickelnd, weshalb bei uns die Klimaanlage permanent an war.
