Cozy and comfortable apartment in the heart of Sciacca a stone's throw from Via Licata (commercial street full of clothing stores, jewelers, bars, taverns and night clubs with live music).
Ideal for families and groups / couples of friends.
The ground floor apartment is comfortable for those arriving loaded with suitcases and / or shopping, the apartment can accommodate up to 5/6 people.
The apartment consists of 5 rooms:
 - living room with TV corner sofa / bed and dining room with table and chairs for up to 6/8 people,
- kitchen complete with 4-burner hob and electric oven, fridge / freezer, laundry corner with 7kg washing machine,
- bathroom with sink, mirror, hair dryer, bidet, shower box,
- double bedroom, bedside tables, mirror and large wardrobe,
-bedroom with bunk bed, bedside table and cabinet.
Guests will have access to all the services inside the house: air conditioning and heating, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, fridge / freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, first aid kit and mini fire extinguisher for any eventuality and precaution.

The atmosphere of our neighborhood is truly magical and every corner and alley makes us breathe Arab-Norman-Byzantine history and art.

Next to the oldest Church of Sciacca which dates back to the XII Century "The Church of San Nicolò Latina" and surrounded by the walls of the castle of the "Perollo" family and you have the feet of the "Castle of the Conte Luna", the strategic position of our accommodation gives us the opportunity to visit numerous monuments, churches, castles and much more.

At 200 meters from Via Licata, very important commercial street of Sciacca full of characteristic "Ceramics-Maioliche" shops and typical products, clothing stores, jewelers offering splendid jewels with "Corallo rosso" from Sciacca, bars, taverns and restaurants where you can can eat fish of the day, many night clubs with live music.

From our apartment you can easily visit the entire historic center on foot or by bike.
You can reach the taxi stop and the bus station located near the town house a few meters away.
To reach the bathing areas it is recommended to use a car or a means of locomotion.
For those who reach us with their car, parking in the neighborhood is free and for the lucky ones you can also find parking under the house.
