This 2 BR 2 BA condo sits perfectly between Atlantic Avenue and Peninsula Drive. Walk across the street to Winter Haven Park on the Beach. Peninsula takes you to the lighthouse, dog park, a dog friendly beach, children's playground, nature walkways, charter fishing and the Halifax River. Restaurants and much more close enough to walk or bike ride. Just south of Daytona Beach, the area is best known for being home to Florida’s tallest lighthouse and a marine science center with interactive exhibits, a boardwalk, observation tower and nature trails. Pool on site, laundry room in unit, balcony, full equipped kitchen. Approximately 90 Minutes From Disney, Universal & Sea World.
