The beautiful luxury villa is located on a tuff hill inside a land of about 17ha owned and enjoys a splendid 360 ° view of the beautiful Maremma countryside to the sea. It is located on the border between Lazio and Tuscany halfway between the sea and Lake Bolsena.

The ancient villa (ca. 1750) has been completely restored maintaining the same materials of the time as the majestic chestnut beams, the terracotta flooring and the tiles.
Outside there is an enchanting avenue of ancient olive trees with a park of about 5000 square meters. where you can park your car. The beautiful 66sqm swimming pool belongs to the villa. with depths from 1.40 to 2.00m., a 100sqm solarium area equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers, all accompanied by a fantastic gazebo for eating and relaxing by the pool.
Near the external door of the kitchen there is a lovely covered porch of 60 m2. with a view that is lost in the surrounding nature, a functional wood-burning oven for pizzas and a barbecue area for cooking meat and bruschetta with the fantastic extra virgin olive oil of local production, always in the porch there is a table with 8 seats and outdoor sitting area with sofas, giving guests moments of peace and tranquility.
