A beautifully home which catches the view stretching almost a kilometre down the waterway to the distant mountains. The living area has a gracious air with high ceilings in the lounge and the beautifully appointed kitchen, with "wrap around" views from every window. The lounge and dining room are open plan with one door leading out onto water side deck and jetty and the other to a covered patio, braai area and garden. All three bedrooms are very spacious double bedrooms and easily able to accommodate a double bed or 2 single beds plus other furniture. A stairwell winds up to a spacious main bedroom with its own balcony. From here the view are even more spectacular. The garden has been landscaped with a reticulated stream weaving down the length of the property and ending with a waterfall into pond which is set alongside the patio. While the water restrictions are in place in Cape Town, the pool feature has been emptied and therefore is not in operation at the moment. The small garden is easy to maintain but big enough for small pets with a comfortable patio and bbq area. 24 hour security is provided on the Marina da Gama. The different walkways gives the perfect setting for a leisurely safe walk or cycling. Access to the waterway for rowing / canoeing / paddling is available.
