Lovely location.

Thoroughly recommend this property. Miriam was very accommodating with both date and timing changes. The house is very well equipped. Lovely views of Noordhoek beach. Big garden with wonderful bird life and songs. Private pool and sauna. No load shedding problems as house has battery back-up. Two excellent pubs and a number of good restaurants a short distance away. Food fairs at Noordhoek Village on Wednesday evening and at Cape Point Vineyard on Thursdays not to be missed! Only constructive criticism is no microwave and no TV/radio, although a huge number of books available to read.

Großartige Lage, grandioser Blick

Das Haus liegt am Hang und bietet einen fantastischen Blick, das Grundstück mit dem Garten gleicht einer Parkanlage. Hier kann man Privatsphäre wirklich genießen. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich das Farm Village und andere nette kleine Geschäfte. Der riesige Strand ist auch nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Einzig zu beachten ist, dass das Haus einen E-Herd hat, welcher zu loadshedding Zeiten nicht genutzt werden kann und die Mastersuite offen auf der Empore liegt, sich also nicht durch eine Tür verschließen lässt.
