Amazing Gulf Front View

Located on Thomas Drive near St. Andrews Park, Pelican Walk is a family-friendly complex that is right on the beach! The condo has one bedroom and two full baths. We are located on the third floor with a great view of the beach that overlooks one of the swimming pools. There is a king size bed and private bath located off of the bedroom. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. Both the bedroom and living room have flat screen televisions. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. A laundry room is located off of the kitchen and has a stacked washer and dryer.
The complex offers two swimming pools; one of which is seasonally heated, sauna, heated spa, tennis courts, shuffle board, pool table, racket ball court, grill area near the pool, and beautiful sunsets! We are just minutes away from golf courses, fishing, amusements parks, putt putt, area’s best restaurants, and just a short drive from the famous Pier Park.

This is also a great location for snow birds. Activities are held almost daily in the party room.

The beach is awesome. We agree with other guests that the palm tree is a negative as it detracts from the gorgeous view. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen is well stocked. We used the BBQ grills several times. Gas grills would be much more convenient but we loved having the ability to grill either way. The hosts were very accommodating and got back to us quickly. All in all it was a great stay. One negative is that when we rent VRBO we expect the basics. You shouldn’t have to go buy body wash, etc. and when there’s a washing machine & dryer you don’t expect to have to go buy laundry soap and dryer sheets. Again, over all, it was great.
