Come and enjoy a modern, tidy and well-presented air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa in the beautiful and friendly town of Manta Rota, in the Eastern Algarve. Nicely decorated and fully-outfitted, the villa has 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with two twins each) and two full bathrooms on the first floor, as well as a WC on the ground floor.

This villa is professionally managed and thoroughly cleaned by a professional company between visits. With only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, the villa also has a beautiful enclosed outdoor space so you can spend your day in the sun by the private pool if you want a quiet holiday away from any crowds - or if you just want to have options.

For those who like to cook, the well-stocked kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine so you can pack more lightly and free up suitcase space for the wine and souvenirs you will want to bring back. The comfortable open plan living and dining room is laid out for socialising, and it opens on to a sunny, private wrap around patio/garden that has a handy outdoor shower, lots of outdoor eating space for dining in the sun and a large barbecue grill. A wicker outdoor lounge set is perfect for eating and relaxing well into the evening, covered from the sun by a pergola.

The villa has air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms as well as the living/dining room to keep you cool and comfortable during hot Portuguese summer.

The villa has a private pool (approximately 4m x 4m).

New for 2024- We have all new mattresses in all bedrooms, replaced the bathroom vanities in the upstairs bathrooms, retiled the pool , and replaced the toaster.

This villa is set in an excellent location in front of a small park within in a residential neighbourhood that is a 1 km walk (about 10-15 mins) to the beach and an 8 minute walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the shops of Manta Rota, so a car is not required. The beach of Manta Rota is popular because it is easily accessed on foot -no need to take a ferry or train- and has a convenient boardwalk that stretches up and down the beach, giving you full access to kilometres of blue-flag beaches. The water here is calmer and warmer than West, and perfect for families and those with children.

Golfers will also find lots to do as well. You will find four golf courses within 15 km, including the Monte Rei Golf Course which is only a 10 minute drive away.

If you want to see the region, the city of Tavira is a 15 minute drive west (or you can take a train from the next village over) which has beautiful historical sights with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants, or you can drive east 15 minutes to Vila Real and the Spanish border.
