For this reason we are taking the following actions: Provide hand soap for all bathrooms. Hand sanitizer available in the property. Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures with products that kill 100% of germs. Change all our linen and towels after every stay. For your information, we use a Professional management company who carry out professional cleaning before and after every trip.

PROPERTY DETAILS: -
Unique and spacious detached villa situated in a secure gated garden amongst pine trees and fruit fields. Close to the small Spanish town of La Redondela, this villa offers peace & tranquillity without isolation. There is a large lounge with patio doors leading to terraces with surround three sides of the villa. The villa has a large kitchen and utility room, three double bedrooms, two ensuite and one family bathroom, air conditioning and heating to each room, wifi/broadband access. Outside is fenced and has electric gates and a large spacious garage/games room, which includes a table tennis table, full sized pool table, dart board and a bar.
Various patios/terraces give shade or sun throughout the day and good views of garden area and large pool and hot-tub.

First trip abroad after the global pandemic and Isla Cristina and surrounding areas including Portugal did not disappoint. Villa Rosa Blanca is a super, spacious villa in a beautiful rural location yet only 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Fantastic facilities: pool, hot tub, games room, BBQ, large table for entertaining and quiet spaces for shade and relaxation. Wonderful views and sense of privacy as not overlooked. Hosts could not have been more hospitable. Joao - on the ground - very helpful too. Thank you Ken & Fiona.

Fabulous stay in a fabulous villa!

The photos don't do this property justice - its amazing! Lots of space, so quiet on its own hilltop overlooking fields of citrus fruits! Communication with both the owners and Joao from the property management was excellent. Kids loved the huge pool and the games room in the garage area. Centrally located for trips to Isla Cristina, Ayamonte, Lepe and La Antilla where you'll find some really nice traditional Andalucian restaurants. If you prefer your holidays to be as far away as possible from the lager louts on-tour, then this property and location are for you. Its also only 10 mins from the border with Portugal, so a short 40mins car journey to the shopping districts and water parks of The Algarve. A special mention for Joao from the property management company who was so helpful and always at the end of the phone (even at 11.30pm at night!!) to sort out any minor issues we had. The first, but definitely not the last time, we will stay in this beautiful villa in a relaxing part of Spain

CASA MUY ACOGEDORA

El anuncio responde fielmente a la realidad. La casa muy bien, con equipamiento poco habitual en casas de veraneo. Las camas tb comodas. La piscina estupenda y el jacuzzi un placer. La ubicacion super tranquila, entrada desde camino no asfaltado, pero paraje supertranquilo. Las losetas de gres exterior, resbalan (cuidado con los peques) En gral , una experiencia genial.

Ken & I have been together for 32 years and married for 8. We have one beautiful daughter, Leah, who lives in Manchester. We began visiting the Costa De La Luz about 18 years ago and loved it so much we bought an apartment. Eight years ago we decided that we had had enough of London life and decided to sell and move to Spain permanently. We were lucky enough to buy this amazing villa and enjoy the sunshine, golf, swimming in our pool and generally enjoy a slower pace of life. We feel very privileged to be living here.

Why they chose this property

This villa has something for everyone. You can swim in the pool, relax in the Jaccuzi, watch the birds , play table tennis, darts or pool or just enjoy its beautiful surroundings. The villa is very private and secluded but within a 5 minute drive to La Redondela with bars, restaurants, post office and banks. The stunning beaches of Isla Cristina or Islantilla can be reached by car in ten minutes and have miles and miles of beautiful, quiet golden sandy beaches. This lovely area of Spain remains Spanish with holiday makers being mostly Spanish. The close proximity to the border (ten minutes by car) means that it is also possible to enjoy Portugal and all it has to offer.
