You can also entertain yourself with the large 40 "full HD Led Smart TV or with the high speed wi-fi internet connection available for free throughout the house. The apartment also has large open spaces. Two small terraces and a large veranda with a covered and enclosed parking space. THIS MEANS NO PROBLEM WITH THE PAID PARKINGS THAT ARE THERE IN ALL THE CITY!The house is located in a street adjacent to the historic center, a stone's throw from Porta Rudiae from which you have access to the older historic center, a 5-minute walk from the Duomo, 10 from Piazza Sant'Oronzo. No need to use public transport to (website hidden) arrive by train in 15 minutes on foot you will be at home. There is also the possibility of arriving under the house with an urban bus to be taken directly to the station. You will be immersed in a well-serviced neighborhood adjacent to the historic center. Possibility to rent it weekly or for a minimum period of two days.

Guest Access
In addition to the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom) guests will enjoy a lot of outdoor and private space. A balcony in the room and two spacious terraces on which to smoke a cigarette, have breakfast or read a book with the comfortable table available.

A tour in the surroundings
- You can easily reach home. Arriving by car (both from the highway and from the airport) the house is located on a road well connected to the entrance and exit to the city.

- If you arrive by train, a bus, number 26, will take you directly from the station to your home.

- Subject to availability, you can use the private parking inside the house (€ 5 / night). However, it is very easy to find free parking under the house.
