Casa Solmar - 2 beds, 2 bahts, private pool, walking to beach and night life

Casa Solmar is a townhouse with private pool, BBQ, nice views and walking distance to supermarket, beach and the old town center where all bars and night life is concentrated on this side of the town. The house has a living room with sofa-bed, TV, open kitchen, with all the basics you need. There are two bathrooms, one with bath tub and shower and the other only with shower. The terrace has a BBQ, a private pool of 8 m long and a deck on top of the roof that expands your views over the marina and the sea. All house divisions have air con and wi-fi is free. TV with around 140 channels many of them in English, but also several other languages. Cleaning is on the middle and end of the week. Security deposit is 300 Eur due on check in. Long Winter Lets (min 2 months) do not includes electricity.

Family holiday

We had a great stay at the villa it’s was within walking distance to old town and the marina.Villa was clean and comfortable the pool was great for relaxing would be a bit deep for children.Vincent was very friendly and helpful would stay here again

Alojamiento ideal

El alojamiento tiene todo lo que se necesita , está bien distribuido para 4 personas y ubicado a 10 minutos del centro y de la playa en una zona tranquila. Supermercado al lado .

Het huisje was een goeie staat, op de bedlakens na, die waren niet al te schoon. Verder geen klachten alleen was de locatie net iets te ver van de Strip. De airconditioning was ook zeer prettig.

We really enjoyed our stay in Albufeira. View of the ocean is spectacular. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Food market just 900 meters away. Many places to visit at an affordable price. Our host Vincent was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing all necessary information to make our stay very enjoyable.
