Just a quick walk to the beach, this charming and bright 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1950's Beach Cottage has comfortable accommodations and ideal location close to quaint shops, unique restaurants, fun watering holes as well as the nearby beach and walking trails.

You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with Saltillo tile throughout. Gather in the Living Room featuring a comfy love seat and sofa-bed with 48' TV and plenty of room for reading, game playing or just relaxing.

Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.

The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

San Clemente Pier and Amtrak Train Station along with dining, and shopping are just minutes away.

Complimentary back pack beach chairs, body boards, sun umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience.

The Beach Cottage provides all you'll need to enjoy everything that this charming town offers.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a $200 Pet Fee per pet.

Close enough to easily walk to the beach and to downtown San Clemente. Visiting son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton and this worked out perfectly. Owner even provided beach towels and toys! Will stay again for sure!!!!

A perfect beach cottage

Just as seen in pictures, great location near the beach in a quiet, beautiful town. We came down to go to Disney but wanted to stay by the beach and this was just perfect for our needs!

My husband and I both grew up in Southern California swimming and body surfing at various beaches. Some fond memories are of the times when, as a child, my family camped at San Clemente.

Why they chose this property

Several years ago my daughter, Jennifer, relocated to San Clemente and I became reacquainted with this charming and quaint town. The property also has a studio apartment in which Jennifer lives and is as helpful as you want her to be during your stay.

San Clemente is in the perfect spot to explore the beach towns of Orange County as well as San Diego. A few possibilities are:

DANA POINT HARBOR
Visit the Ocean Institute (marine exhibits, tall ship The Spirit of Dana Point) or get up close and personal with dolphins with Captain Dave. SANTA CATALINA ISLAND by ferry makes for a unique summer's day trip. Check for times and dates for all of these.

LEGO LAND in Carlsbad
Fun for the younger ones.

OCEANSIDE HARBOR
A real fishing harbor. Nice stop for a quick meal of fresh-off-the-boat Fish & Chips.

SAN DIEGO
Sea World, Balboa Park with Zoo and Old Globe Theater, Historic Old Town, USS Midway Museum are just a few worthwhile stops.
