Great stay

The Villa is very clean and exactly as described and for us up the hill in Peyia away from the main Coral Bay strip was great. We will definitely use this villa again. Great communication with the Owner, who sorted an issue with the front door within 24 hours.

Great base for a family holiday

We very much enjoyed our stay at Richard's villa. There's plenty of space for three adults and two teens. We loved the pool and the outside living area, and spent a lot of time there just chilling out. The house has a sea view, as well as lovely sunsets from the first floor terrace. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance or a 5-minute drive. A cracking bakery to grab fresh bread or croissants for breakfast is literally a three/four-minute walk away. The house itself has some signs of wear and tear, but nothing drastic or serious. The cleaning in the kitchen could have been more thorough, and the kitchen equipment was a bit mix-and-match, but we found everything we needed, and bought whatever we couldn't find at the local supermarket, e.g. 6 long-drink glasses for €2.90 and an extra plastic chopping board for about the same. That said, the water cooler in the kitchen is a great idea and we really appreciated it. The pool was immaculate, and while the stone bbq might be a bit bashed up, it works a treat. In short, this house offers a lovely, comfortable base for a family holiday at a very fair price. We'd certainly book again.

Perfect villa

This villa is amazing. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 teenage children) and we all loved the stay! There is plenty of space for everyone, the pool is stunning both day and night and perfect for cooling off or lounging around on those lazy days. There are enough amenities close by (we really enjoyed the food and cocktails at the brewery bar) but you do need a car to explore the local area. We’ve stayed in paphos before and wanted to explore a new area. Peyia is a large village and very steep but plenty of restaurants/bars should you need them. We made use of the BBQs at the property a couple of evenings. Coral Bay is close by (driving distance) if you want somewhere a bit livelier. All in all it was a great holiday and nobody wanted to come home! We hope to book again. Thanks Richard for letting us stay at your property.

Fantastic villa

We had a lovely week in villa aphrodite. The villa was clean, very well equipped, loads of kitchen implements, crockery etc, modern appliances, a nice bbq, three bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds and a single bed), air con throughout (which is coin operated, so you'll need 1 & 2 euro coins, but it is quite efficient, about 2 - 3 euros per room will do the night). The pool is amazing, a great size and gives great relief from the heat. There are several loungers, with a comfortable seating area and a dining table under the shade. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, so perfect for relaxing. There are three bars nearby which are great fun and some lovely coffee shops, and I would recommend visiting savvas grill which is a 15 minute walk away. Coral bay is a five minute taxi ride away. All in all, a great villa, I totally recommend it.
