I'm 59 years old engineer of Chemical-Technology and Ecology. My closest family and I live in Split, Croatia and we rent out every summer villa on the island Hvar. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are not local, we deal with our guests by assistants – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
Why they chose this property
Very close to the town Hvar but so pure, intact nature. If you want to be in an isolated place and enjoy the peace and nature, and to be near turbulent nightlife of Hvar town this is the place for you. Close to two excellent fish restaurants (200 m), the possibility of organizing a rapid transport to the Blue and Green Caves or Golden Horn (Zlatni Rat) and visit many old monuments from old Greek, Venice and French culture. Pre historic Marco's cave , Hunting Area Pelegrin, Eco Village Brusje, Humac, the oldest theatre in Europe and many, many other things...
