Surin Beach is one the prettiest stretches of sand on the island of Phuket. Surin is an upmarket area - quiet and refined, but close enough to the bright lights of Patong, if action and entertainment are what you desire.

There are many excellent local restaurants in the area, including the Surin Bay Inn next door, which will happily deliver takeaway food to your apartment upon request. The Surin Bay Inn includes an excellent sports bar where you can watch the latest and most important sporting events from all around the world on their big-screen TVs.

A few hundred yards away there is a Tesco Lotus selling lots of fresh produce ie Fruit, veg, meat, chicken etc etc

There is a huge shopping mall called JungCeylon in Patong a 15 minutes drive away.

Also a huge Thai night market selling fresh and cooked Thai food, clothes etc 3 times a week a couple of minutes drive/taxi away. Use GRABTaxi app which is like Uber or the local Taxis which are right on your doorstep.
