Beautiful villa of 170m2 on a plot of 1,200 m² in residential area of Portissol, 500 meters from the beach and 350 meters from the Tennis Club and 1.5 km from the city center where you will find every day a magnificent market of fresh products. All comfort large living / dining room. Sleeps 6/8 adults. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed 160) each with its bathroom and wc. Upstairs: a bedroom for 3 children or 2 adults (90 cm beds). A double room for 2 adults. Also upstairs there is a bathroom and separate wc as well as a large terrace with beautiful views. Cot available. Equipped kitchen.
12m x 3.5m swimming lane with safety shutter, surrounded by a garden and large 100m² terrace. Terrace is equipped with garden furniture (2 sofas, deckchairs), 2 large tables, barbecue, plancha and ping pong table.
Points of interest: 3 beaches in about 4 km, including that of Portissol 500 meters.
The Castellet circuit is only 15 km away.
Several excursions from the Port of Sanary: Calanques de Cassis, Embiez and Porquerolles islands, Sea kayak, Jetski, etc.
Port de Bandol, Casino at 5 km.

Amazing house!! The house is so beautiful and the interior is so tasteful and a perfect mix between antique and modern design. The pool area is all you can ask for and the terrass is lovely. Everything was great and we loved it!! All communication with Michele and Veronique was easy and fast and we hope to come back.

Amazing Home

We spent 3 weeks here. Everything was wonderful. The home was extremely clean & private, and had everything we needed - well appointed kitchen, fantastic pool & outdoor area, comfortable beds & living area. The location was ideal - a short walk to two very nice beaches and the charming town of Sanary - as well as a short drive to vineyards, Bandol, Toulon, and other sites.

Perfect location in beautiful Sanary-sur-Mer

The six of us spent two weeks in this wonderful villa in a quiet neighborhood in Sanary-sur-Mer. The property is very functional and equipped with everything needed. The kitchen could perhaps have some more space for preparations, but this was well compensated in "the BBQ corner" outside. The distance to the city is perfect and gives walking access to the morning market, night life and shops. Many thanks to lovely Genevieve for taking good care of us with an impressive combination of body language and Google translation. And many thanks to Michele for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Das Haus ist wunderschön & gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Meine schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich daher nicht auf die Unterkunft an sich, sondern auf einen schockierenden Vorfall, der sich nach dem Checkout ereignete.Am letzten Tag hat die Spülmaschine nicht mehr funktioniert. Ich habe dies am Abend vor dem Checkout natürlich der Hausverwalterin gemeldet. 3 Tage nach dem Check out wurde mir ohne mit mir in Dialog zu treten, einfach 849 für eine neue Spülmaschine auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet.Die Aussage des Vermieters ist, dass Glassplitter in der Spülmaschine gefunden worden seien, wodurch diese kaputt gegangen wäre. Dieser Vorwurf ist haltlos und unangemessen, weil wir die Spülmaschine ganz normal behandelt haben und einfach das Pech hatten, dass diese ihr Lebensende erreicht hat. Das ist auch gar nicht so unwahrscheinlich, weil es schien sich um eine sehr alte Spülmaschine gehandelt zu haben. Der Vermieter hat argumentiert, dass er die Spülmaschine aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit nicht reparieren konnte und deswegen teuer eine neue direkt einbauen musste.Das ganze Vorgehen finde ich respektlos und unmöglich.FEWO hat überhaupt nicht als Vermittler agiert, wir haben bis jetzt keine Beweise & Belege gesehen und sind extrem enttäuscht, weil es sich so anfühlt, als würde sich der Vermieter auf unsere Kosten erneuern.Leider dann ab jetzt doch wieder Airbnb. Und Finger weg von FEWO/Vrbo und von dieser Unterkunft mit einem unberechenbaren Vermieter!

Très jolie maison avec une décoration très pointue, une belle piscine et tout le confort souhaité

Excellente quinzaine dans cette maison que je recommande sans aucune réserve ! A 5mn de la plage, à Portissol quartier très prisée, l'accueil est parfait et la maison fort agréable.

Location au top !

Très belle location, dans un quartier très calme et proche des plages et du centre ville, on peut tout faire à pied… espaces intérieurs et extérieurs très agréable, la piscine au top, nous avions passé 2 superbes semaines à sanary.

Maison très agréable et hôte charmante . Le bien correspond bien à l'annonce.

Très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison familiale bien équipée et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est confortable et quel plaisir que de pouvoir aussi profiter de la plage voisine. La propriétaire est charmante et sa dame de confiance aussi. Seul petit désagrément, mais totalement indépendant de la propriétaire: les travaux de construction des résidences voisines. Sinon, tout était très bien!
