Centrally Located To Reno And Sparks, 2 Bedroom Townhouse Includes 2 Car Garage
About Mandie Jensen
I began to call Reno home in 1999, after moving from the Redwoods in Northern California. My favorite thing about Reno is being able to enjoy all four seasons throughout the year. I have been a highly regarded licensed Realtor in Nevada for 13 years, in addition to being licensed in property management. With the big growth that Reno is seeing, it's an exciting time to live in the Truckee Meadows. As homeowners and relocation employees have came to the area, I saw a need for temporary housing while finding a place to call their own home. We have furnished housing to cover the needs of a traveling individual, up to a full family in between the purchasing process of a home.
Mandie Jensen purchased this Townhouse in 2016
Why Mandie Jensen chose Sparks
Why stay in a hotel when you have the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry room, with two separate bedrooms? Unlike other townhome properties, this features an attached two car garage with direct entry into the home. The sliding glass door takes you to your gated patio area. Season permitting, you are just steps away from the gated community swimming pool.
What makes this Townhouse unique
Unbelievable space, open floor plan, all fresh and modern. Welcome home!

Great stay & communication
Excellent place and Mandie was very responsive.
Mandie's apartment was perfect for my family of four while visiting family in the Reno area. The place was clean, nicely furnished, with plenty of closet space and a large garage, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Raley's. Mandie was also very accomodating to our needs. I highly recommend the apt. and will definitely keep it in mind for future visits to the area.
Great place. Clean and in a good location. So much nicer and affordable than a hotel if staying for more than a few days.
First things first: this house DOES NOT have 3 queen beds, description stated room 1: queen room 2: 2 queens. Nope ... it has 2 queens in each room and a queen air mattress available.
Needless to say it threw us a monkey wrench.
There were many broken things in this place, no pool access as description states due to a lost key.
No air upstairs so very hot. They provided 2 very small fans. Didnt want to open windows since there were no window screens. 3rd day in the swamp cooler belt broke. I will say the handyman came pretty quickly after I texted twice.
We had ants, and killed a few water bugs, I assume they had an issue before since there was bug spray under kitchen sink.
Garage was just trashy.
The most odd thing was no blinds on upstairs bedrooms and neighbor had a chair on his roof facing our windows.
I will not rent again. They should refund at least half of my money.
Pros: plenty of pots & pans, plenty of towels.
Washer & Dryer available
Good water pressure.
Stephanie (property manager) was prompt in responding.
I have photos but not sure how to post them.
I was very shocked and excited when I first try this my first vacation home. It was great experience
It was a great experience for the first time. I will continue to reserve vacation home from now on forward. It was well worth it. I look forward on my next visit.
Nice and Clean!
Comfortable, spacious and great for the price
Known as "The Biggest Little City in the World", the Reno / Sparks area is located in the Truckee Meadows of Northern Nevada, just a short drive from Lake Tahoe. The city averages 300 days of sunshine a year, offering a pleasant climate throughout all four seasons. Some of Reno's most popular annual events include Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations, tournaments at the National Bowling Stadium, The Reno Air Races, The Great Reno Balloon Race, The Reno Rodeo, and a variety of events at the Reno Sparks Convention Center. If you're on your way to the famous Black Rock Desert for Burning Man, or venturing to see the historic sites throughout Virginia City, passing through Reno has more to offer than amazing casinos. Dont miss the River Walk, Nevada Museum of Art, the Fleischmann Planetarium, or the National Automobile Museum. If nightlife is what you are looking for, night clubs LEX and Edge are most popular. If the kids are along for vacation, make sure to take a look at the Discovery Museum, Circus Circus, and Wild Waters.
Locals are very proud of the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), and show enthusiastic support to the Wolfpack. In addition to college sporting events, Reno is home to the Reno Bighorns NBA D League, and The Reno Aces minor league baseball team.
