We were in Edinburgh for god festival. The flat is large, great location, fully fitted with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It’s exactly as described on the web site.
Our family loved staying in the flat during our week’s stay in Edinburgh. Check in was easy and the flat had everything we needed. Great layout for a family and a fully appointed kitchen. Communication with hosts was seamless and we would definitely like to rent at this location again.
Great property in the main. Spacious, beautifully clean, lots of kitchen equipment and good location as lovely and quiet but walking distance to town.
Owner and property manager really helpful but would be improved with the ability to turn the heating on yourself as was chilly for our stay and watch the hot taps, really, really hot.
Overall would thoroughly recommend. 🙂

Beautiful flat that impressed
Beautiful, well-decorated and cozy apartment that was so large for us to spread out in. Our family of 5 had enough room to relax and be as close to each other as we wanted or have as much personal space as we wanted. The kitchen has any appliance you could possibly imagine would be needed. Having the 2 bathrooms was very helpful. The parking space was excellent to have! The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but only a minimal walk to bunches of restaurants and shops. Wonderful apartment and would recommend it to anyone!

Clean, spacious, and a great location!
My best friend and I and our two daughters stayed in this charming apartment during a recent visit to Edinburgh. The apartment is in a great location--just a short walk away from Edinburgh Castle, and yet in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurant options nearby. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. The beds were also comfortable, the WiFi connection strong, and there was plenty of hot water. Overall a great value.

Great apartment in beautiful, convenient area.
This apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping so is very convenient. We didn’t use the car for the 3 days we stayed! The check in and out was very easy with the lockbox.

Everything was perfect - Location and spacious apartment
We appreciated the comfortable beds, the good shower and the really well-equipped kitchen (with a good coffee-maker and the washing machine and dryer), the parking and the easy check-in and check-out. And we were happy we had so much space for us five (and the dog, thank you again, Jason). And we liked this part of Edinburgh, quiet and everything within easy reach. We really enjoyed our stay and were sorry we had to leave too soon.

This was the perfect location for our 3 day stay in Edinburgh. Very comfortable space and a plus to have a private parking spot. Within walking distance of everything we needed. Jason and management staff were very responsive to our requests, getting back to us very quickly.
Enjoyed it very much and would stay here again,

Great place for a family stay in Edinburgh
Great location. The flat was very clean. The kitchen had everything you may need to prepare a meal at home and plenty of room around the dining table to have friends for dinner.
