Beautiful house located in the hamlet of Longarisse, quiet, 2 steps from a family beach of Lacanau.
Close to the sailing club of Grande-Escoure.
Close to bike paths, ocean and golf course 8 km.

Villa agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle trÚs bien située mais un peu "dans son jus"

Je mettrais 4,5 Ă©toiles si je pouvais. En effet, nous avons vraiment passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able moment malgrĂ© des passages pluvieux car la villa est grande. Le parc trĂšs arborĂ© est aussi bien agrĂ©able et bien sur la proximitĂ© du lac. C'est une villa dans laquelle une vrai famille a passĂ© ses Ă©tĂ©s et passe encore peut-ĂȘtre quelques moments donc il y a des jeux, quelques outils, etc... c'est apprĂ©ciable et "authentique". Seul point nĂ©gatif pas dramatique pour moi mais qui pourrait gĂȘner sĂ©rieusement certain(e)s, il y avait vraiment pas mal de toiles d'araignĂ©es occupĂ©es. Alors que comme expliquĂ© prĂ©cĂ©demment il y avait bien une "tĂȘte de loup" parmi tous les accessoires dans le garage mais les personnes en charge du mĂ©nage ne doivent pas savoir l'utiliser. Or compte tenu des frais de mĂ©nage et de service plutĂŽt Ă©levĂ©s, cela aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable qu'ils sachent.

Maison agréable et bien située

La maison est bien située, proche du lac, juste une route a traverser, puis on trouve le chemin qui mÚne au lac. La maison a des piÚces suffisement grandes pour accomoder deux familles et leurs enfants et elle est bien agencée. Le contact avec les propriétaires et l'agence c'est trÚs bien passé, ils ont été trÚs accomodants. Petit bémol était le nombre de toiles d'araignées non seulement autour des (hauts) plafonds, mais également autour des lampes, meubles etc. Nous y avons passé un trÚs bon séjour.

Rustig en toch vlakbij alles

Dit huisje is ideaal voor een familievakantie met babies. Het is letterlijk nog geen 100m stappen naar een strandje vlakbij het meer. Het is er heel rustig en je zit er prachtig onder de pijnbomen. Er is heel veel aanwezig in het huis; spelletjes, BBQ, alles voor in de keuken, ligstoelen, parasol, ... Top!

Séjour formidable dans un lieu incroyable ! L'accueil à été parfait ! On recommande cette maison :)

On pensait avoir trouvĂ© une maison agrĂ©able et c'Ă©tait bien mieux que prĂ©vu :) Localisation parfaite pour le lac (Ă  50-100m), dans les arbres. Des vĂ©los Ă  dispotion. Un jardin pour les enfants et surtout la tranquillitĂ© absolu ! Attention les draps ne sont pas inclus. On avait oubliĂ© les nĂŽtres :/ mais la prioritaire nous a gentillement prĂȘtĂ© les siens (exceptionnelelment). Encore merci Ă  eux pour ce sĂ©jour formidable :)
