5 bedroom detached villa, quiet area, private pool, ideal for children!

A perfect home to relax with the family and enjoy the southern sun! Ideal rental for one or two couples of friends with children.

Everything is provided for them to play safely, whether inside or outside the house (many board games, books, DVDs, Wii console, sandbox, trampoline, table football, table ping pong).

The covered terrace offering a clear view will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, to be able to eat outside and have barbecues whenever you want. The pool faces south. You will benefit from the sun in the morning. Swimming for the little ones is made easier by the 1.50 m flat-bottom pool and the small access beach. The swimming pool is screened, closed by a gate and equipped with an alarm. The house is completely fenced and a laurel hedge will allow you to maintain your privacy. The location is peaceful, the house is located on the edge of the forest.

You can enjoy the surrounding typical markets and villages, go to the beach, go boating in the Gorges du Verdon or just spend your days relaxing by the pool.

Individual villa type T6 of 135 m2 which can accommodate 4 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. In a quiet area, five minutes by car from the city center, on 1300m2 of enclosed land. Price: 215 euros per night.

On the ground floor: two parental suites (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and baby bed, each bedroom with its own bathroom), fitted kitchen, living room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (single beds) with bathroom (bath) and separate WC. Necessary baby.
Covered terrace with table, 8 chairs, barbecue and table football. Garden equipped with a sandpit and a trampoline for children. 8x4 flat-bottom swimming pool (1.50 m) secured by a fence and an alarm. 6 deckchairs, 1 table and 4 chairs by the pool.

Cinema, park and media library at 2 km, city center at 3 km. Two shopping centers nearby. 40 mins from Fréjus and Sainte-Maxime, 45 mins from Saint-Raphaël, 50 mins from the Gorges du Verdon, one hour from Nice, 1h30 from Marseille. Many typical villages and hinterland markets to visit. Access to the Muy motorway and Les Arcs train station 15 minutes away.

Animals not accepted. Sheets and towels provided for 7 people. Pool maintenance included every week.

Wir haben hier wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Kinder hatten große Freude mit dem Pool und der Tischtennisplatte. Für 4 Personen war das Haus schon fast zu groß Leider war das Haus und speziell die Küche nicht so sauber, wie wir uns das bei dieser Art Ferienhaus vorgestellt haben. Der Kontakt bei der Ankunft war super und problemlos auf englisch/französisch.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit fijne huis. Je kan lekker zitten onder de veranda. Het zwembad was ons favoriete onderdeel van het huis en onze kinderen hebben daar heel wat uurtjes doorgebracht. De communicatie met de host Karine verliep heel soepel.

Wij hebben hier een weekje vakantie gevierd. Hele fijne locatie. Fijne indeling van het huis. Huis was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met de beheerder was zeer correct en snel. En dat uitzicht vanaf de veranda is geweldig....... Een aanrader!

Great house and wonderful owners

We stayed with three children for two weeks in the house. The house has a quiet location with a beautiful view. It is in top condition and offers many opportunities to spend a great time there. From here we have made many excursions (for example Saint Tropez, Monaco, Grasse, Gorges du Verdon, Lac du Saint Croix and many more). To emphasize are the very nice owners. They are always available, friendly, helpful and have wonderfully taken care of our concerns. We thank you very much for the great time and would love to come back.

Great villa!

We have stayed for 2 weeks in this villa with in total 2 families (4 children). We can strongly recommend this house to everybody. The well maintained house corresponded for 100% to our expecatations (and the pictures on the website). The house is build against a hill in a very quiet neighborhood. It is close (5 - 10 min drive) to grocery stores and the city center of Draguignan. The strongest points are definitly the terrace (where you can sit all day in the shadow) & the swimming pool (very good secured for children!) with a nice view. The kitchen was well equiped and had a big refrigerator. The bedrooms on the ground floor are big (you can easily place a extra baby bed) and have their own bath room. The bedrooms on the first floor are typical child rooms perfect for 1 child. Finally the host Karine was very friendly, flexibel and helpfull. If there is a problem she will fix it right away! In summary: this nice villa definitly contributed to the great holiday we had!

Excellent séjour dans villa agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines reposantes dans cette belle villa soignée qui correspond en tous points au descriptif. La terrasse couverte et la piscine nous ont permis de ne vivre quasiment qu'en extérieur. Les 2 suites parentales et les 3 chambres à l'étage pour les enfants sont très pratiques. La situation au calme tout en pouvant bénéficier de toutes les commodités de la ville à quelques minutes à été pour nous un atout majeur. Jolis villages provençaux à proximité. Nous conseillons ce lieu de villégiature.
