Calheta - CASA IVA 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house build 2009 in a modern style with private swimming pool, sun-terrace and sub-tropical gardens. Fantastic sea views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps max. 6 persons. Out-door dining table. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing-machine. Living-room with cable TV and WI-FI Internet. Dining-room with table for 6 persons. 1 bedroom en-suite. Up-stairs 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom en-suite. Cleaning and towels, new linen, hand-soap and toilet paper once every week. 5min drive to the famous Calheta golden sand beach. 5min walk to the local bar and local mini-market. Quiet location with very little traffic. Country side living in Madeira and a good value holiday house just to relax in the sun !

No winter, not too hot summers, safe, very little crime, beautiful nature with fantastic mountains, good food, not too crowded with tourists and we can swim in the pool or in the sea all year round, what more do you want in life !
