The 70sqm apartment, recently renovated, is located on the second floor of a building (with elevator) located between the central square and the main street of Pozzallo and can accommodate up to 4 guests. In detail, it has a spacious and comfortable air-conditioned double bedroom, an air-conditioned twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and washing machine, large air-conditioned living room with TV and sofa bed.
Services included: WiFi and a complete set of bed linen and towels for the week. On foot you can reach beaches and equipped beaches in 10 minutes and in less than an hour by car you can visit the capitals of Sicilian Baroque Noto, Ragusa Ibla and Modica following one of the most beautiful itineraries on the island.

Prima esperienza vacanza con appartamento in affitto per famiglia

Per noi è stata la prima vacanza in famiglia, (siamo in 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambine)in Sicilia, prendendo in affitto un appartamento:l'esperienza e stata molto positiva perché prima di tutto Manuela si è resa subito disponibile a venirci incontro in ogni nostra esigenza, poi l'appartamento è pulito, compreso di ogni confort(lenzuola, frigo, asciugami, phon con il diffusore, ferro da stiro,condizionatori indispensabili visti i 40 gradi che abbiamo trovato), ci ha accolto facendoci trovare anche della frutta fresca in frigo e dell'acqua,molto apprezzati visto il viaggio che abbiamo fatto e il caldo torrido di quei giorni. L'appartamento e in pieno centro di Pozzallo,le stanze larghe e comode per poterci vivere,nelle vicinanze si trovano negozi di ogni genere, locali, spiaggia libera a pochi metri compresa anche di doccie per il dopo mare, ristoranti anche sulla spiaggia e il mare bellissimo, pulito e non subito profondo,passeggiata serale sul litorale e nella strada principale. Ogni sera era una festa ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di rumori molesti o altro tipo di disturbo. E un punto strategico per visitare tutta la costa sud orientale: Scicli, Noto, Modica, Ragusa, la riserva di Vendicari, tutte le spiagge e altro. La gente accogliente, disponibile. E stata una vacanza con sorpresa perché effettivamente tutto ciò che avevamo letto prima era vero, tutto come descritto, sottolineo comunque che sia con l'appartamento sia con Manuela ci siamo trovati bene, a nostro agio, infatti siamo partiti a malincuore perché ci sentivamo a casa.Da consigliare sicuramente. Buona vacanza a tutti.

Velfungerende lejlighed i centrum af mindre by

Det er en super lejlighed med alle faciliteter og god beliggenhed. Midt i Pozzallo, tæt på strand, restauranter og cafeer. Balkonen kunne have været større, så man kunne sidde derude. Vi var meget glade for vores ophold. Karen Schultz

L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto del sito, è tutto molto curato anche nei dettagli, bei mobili, pulizia accurata, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, TV, praticamente non manca nulla. La posizione è ottima - a pochi passi dal mare e dai negozi vari di alimentari. Si può quindi fare la spesa senza muoversi con la macchina. La zona è servitissima infatti nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, gelaterie, rosticcerie, vari servizi. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci hanno accolti con vino e frutta fresca e la casa profumava di pulito. Insomma consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso la struttura. Non rimarrete delusi, siatene certi! Buone vacanze!
