Comfy and Spacious 1288 Sq. Ft. Condo - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom completely Renovated and located on the Nicklaus Tournament Course. This Turn-Key Unit is Quiet and Private, located upstairs with high ceilings in Living/Dining Room area.

Central Air/Heating, Saltillo Tile throughout with Carpet in the Bedrooms. Ceiling Fans in the Bedrooms and Dining Room. Cable and Wi-Fi also included.... just bring your Clothes, Golf Clubs, Tennis Racquets and Bikes.

Primary Bedroom has a Cal King Size Bed, a 55" HD Smart TV with Cable and a Large Closet. Primary Bath has 2 Copper Sinks, an Over-Sized Bath-Tub with a Shower and another Large Closet, it also has a separate Toilet area for Privacy.

The Second Bedroom includes a Queen Bed, 55" HD Smart TV and Large Closet and is connected to a Full Bathroom with a Shower, another Door connects this Bathroom with the Hallway.

Both Bathrooms include Liquid Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Kleenex, Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash.

The Living Room Includes a 75" HD Smart TV, Recessed Lighting and plenty of Seating.

The Kitchen includes Stainless Appliances, including a Refrigerator with Filtered Water and an Ice Maker, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Includes Dishwasher Pods, Dish Soap and Liquid Hand Soap. Host was welcoming. The lock box was very difficult to get into. The wifi didn't work for the first couple of days and the TVs were complicated to get working.The place itself was lovely.

That’s very uncommon, as we chose one of the simplest models available for ease of use, but I completely understand how frustrating that can feel when you’re arriving. I also apologize for the Wi-Fi and TV challenges at the start of your stay. Unfortunately, we were at the mercy of our internet provider and had been trying to resolve the issue prior to your arrival, but I’m sorry it still impacted those first couple of days. We stayed at this property for 10 nights because we were attending a horse show in Thermal. It’s in a great location. The main issue we had was the lack of cleanliness. The washing machine is old- when it washes anything, it leaves soap marks on your clothes. I noticed this on the sheets and comforter. When I tried to spot clean it, I pulled back the comforter noticed hair everywhere on the flat sheet. I decided to change the bedding and realized the mattress protector was in very poor condition (horridly stained). The pillows were exactly the same. I reached out to the owner and suggested she order a new mattress protector and also pillow protectors/new pillows. It took about 5 days for the items to arrive. The owner had the cleaners come back and remake the bed. I asked for a partial refund of the cleaning fee and was ignored.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us during your horse show in Thermal. I’m glad the location worked well for your visit. I’m very sorry to hear about the concerns you raised regarding the bedding and washing machine. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we take comments like this seriously. For clarity, the washing machine is not old; it is a top-load washer, and all linens are cleaned between every guest stay. When you brought the issue to my attention at check-in, after you stripped all of the beds upon arrival, we immediately ordered new mattress and pillow protectors, pillows, and sheets (the sheets were sent through Amazon for next-day delivery). Our housecleaner attempted several times within the first 24 hours of your check-in to assist, including within two hours of your arrival to come and rewash the bedding while we waited for the new items to arrive, and again the following morning. She went to the property multiple times but did not receive a response from you to coordinate dropping off the replacement items. After several attempts to connect with you, our cleaner returned and washed everything and remade the beds. We believe we went above and beyond to address your concerns during your stay. A refund of the cleaning fee was not granted due to the unusually heavy amount of horse dirt and debris left on the floors after your stay, which required additional cleaning time. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve concerns as quickly as possible, and we do our best to address any issues right away. While many guests enjoy the flexibility and comfort of a private home, those who prefer the services and structure of a hotel may find that to be a better fit for their expectations. Thank you again for your feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests

Couldn’t have a picked a better relaxing location. Great spot in PGA West near all the courses. Place was clean and well maintained. Loved that there are several pools in the community.

Lovely retreat in La Quinta

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The property is beautiful along the golf course with all the amenities we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet retreat during the off season as the weather was warm, but pools were not crowded, the golf course was a peaceful walk in the mornings and evenings.

Always Wonderful Experience!

This is our 2nd visit to the property and it was a fantastic experience. We are in our late 50's and we like to have a resort hotel experience but like the convenience of this condo. I am very picky about things being right-nice linens, firm beds, proper kitchen equipment and this place has everything we need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. PGA West can't be beat for a luxury resort and we are runners and hikers and it is close to many trails and out of the hectic hustle of Palm Springs. We will be back, thank you!

Tennis tournament

2nd time staying in this condo. It was nice and clean and worked well for the two of us. The lock box where the key is stored is very difficult to open, especially when checking in later in the day. Also , there are no lights on the steep step’s going up to the front door.

Enjoyable Experience

It is hard to beat the location and cleanliness of this condo. We enjoyed having sundowners on the patio overlooking the 5th fairway on the Nicklaus Tournament course. The kitchen is recently remodeled and fully equipped. The owners are easy to work with, flexible and very prompt in answering questions. The only suggestions I have is to check the drain for the master bath on left side as very slow draining and the master tub/shower could use some anti-slip strips on bottom as it's very easy to slip with stepping over the tub side when wet and getting out. Very enjoyable experience and one to come back for again.

Nice place to stay with one pretty big caveat

Our stay was pretty much what we expected, as we have stayed at PGA West before. The unit was as advertised - clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfortable. Minor things to be aware of - the dining room/balcony furniture is heavy and it is hard to pull out/push in chairs without making a racket (I’d be a little ticked if I lived under the unit). The unit gets a lot of morning sun and there are no curtains, so the living/dining room gets very warm unless you crank up the a/c. The blinds in the master bedroom are heavy but must be manually raised to let light in as the wand is broken. Our major “complaint” involved the lighting. Upon arrival, the living room lights, the dining room lights, and all but one kitchen light did not work. We contacted the owners and they were responsive, arranging for repair people to come out that day. The repair people came out and fixed the problem, which was a good thing because it would have been very difficult to use the lightless rooms once the sun went down for games, cards, etc. However, the same lights went out about a week later - on a Friday. This time, the owner was not so responsive. We were told the repair people were not available that weekend and repairs would have to wait until Monday. A unit with working lights is pretty fundamental; other repair people should have been called in. The fact that the owners apparently didn't agree left a bad taste in our mouths.

The place was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there as it was right on the golf course and morning coffee was exciting watching the golfers struggle with the large bunker on this hole. Kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed. Bedrooms were great and the fact we could use the garage was excellent. Only recommendation would be to place some curtains/blinds/shutters on the living/dining room windows to help block out that strong morning sun.
