Villa is located in Krasica, a lovely seaside resort whose combination of peace, fresh air and beautiful nature makes it the ideal holiday destination. This place, located on a 2.200 m2 plot, provides the perfect blend of a peaceful oasis with accessibility and proximity to other places. Only 11 km away is the Rijeka Airport, Opatija is 20 km away, Crikvenica 18 km and Rijeka 9 km only.

The interior of the villa features a large square seating area where guests can enjoy a flat-screen TV and a PS4 console as well as an iPod docking station. You can spend romantic evenings enjoying the view, and if you have a working holiday, there is a desk and a laptop computer. The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave oven. The property has three bedrooms equipped with premium features to make your vacation as carefree as can be. In the two separate rooms, there are two double beds, and in the third, bunk beds (1 x 2 m). Villa also has two seating sets with the possibility of turning them into beds.

Other facilities at Villa Krasica include a terrace with an outdoor dining area, two barbecues (gas and wood) with all the necessary equipment and one of the most beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Of course, the most beautiful decoration of the outdoor terrace is an outdoor swimming pool with salt water measuring 8 x 4 x 1.5 m.

In addition, guests can play tennis and rent a bike.

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön! Das Pool war sauber & klar. Die Villa sieht genau so wie auf den Fotos aus. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich & hat uns gleich über Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aufgeklärt.
