A205 is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, with Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. This luxury two-bedroom condo is located on the second floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club with a direct view of an endless sugar white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The sparkling Avalon pool, hot tub, and wading pool are just steps away from the condo. The living room and master bedroom each have a full glass wall with a sliding glass door adjoining the balcony. Your days and nights will be filled with sunshine and moonlight while you enjoy spectacular views dining or lounging on the spacious balcony. The living area is so pleasing you may be tempted to lounge all day in front of the HDTV and soak up the view! The kitchen has granite and all appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware and most small appliances. You can enjoy elegant dining with meals prepared in this kitchen or get take-out if you prefer!

The king master bedroom has a flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a double vanity bathroom with a jetted tub with a shower and a walk-in closet. The guest room is equipped with a queen on bottom and a full on top bunk bed (Sleeps 4 in this room) and a flat screen HDTV and DVD player and privately adjoins a full bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath conveniently located in the hallway near the entry area. The owner has provided an electric grill on the balcony.

The owner of A205 is a member of The Beach Club so you will have access to the many private amenities with a daily fee of approximately $40 per day for your entire party not per person, which you pay at the club desk for only the days you choose. The private amenities include: An indoor pool and luxury locker rooms with saunas, a fitness center, a game room, outdoor pool with seasonal poolside entertainment and Tiki Bar and Grill, world class clay tennis courts, a tennis instructor, and scheduled children's activities.

You will have access (without the daily fee) to the Club Spa and Salon, and the fine dining restaurant and full bar located upstairs in the Clubhouse. Both have an outside patio with a beautiful gulf view. Or take the tram to the restaurant and bar near the entrance of the resort. There is onsite shopping for beach attire, souvenirs, and toys right next to an ice cream shop! Bring your basketball, there are goals in the West Parking area!

Unit was clean and overall well kept. The view was gorgeous and proximity to the beach and pool were great. The on-site restaurant had good food and we had a good time visiting the Fort. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was, and my daughter really enjoyed the big pool. There were plenty of towels and the linens were clean and fresh. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinets, but otherwise no complaints. I would recommend this place to a friend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Fort Morgan! The condo itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was great — peaceful, convenient, and close to the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and had a gorgeous view of the gulf! Our host was wonderful and quick to answer all texts. However, the condo could use some upgrades to make showers more accessible to aging adults. I rated the property a 4 due to cleanliness. All of the dishes and utensils had to be washed before we could use them and most cookware needs to be replaced.

Beautiful location, great for families!

The condo was beautiful and very close to the beach, easy to walk back for lunches if you wanted. Outdoor pool is large and this condo has a perfect view of the pool with the ocean beyond it. There is currently ongoing construction which didnt interfere with our trip since we get up early, but could be annoying for those who wish to sleep in. Would stay here again!

The Beach Club is the best in Gulf Shores!!

Great two bedroom condo! Master bedroom and living room face the beach. Clean, furniture was up to date. Leather furniture which is always nice. Double vanity in master bathroom. We loved this unit!!

What a great spring break

We had an awesome week at the Beach Club. We stayed here years ago & were pleased to see that the property has been well maintained. Everything was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated but comfortable with beautiful view of the pool & beach. The grounds were immaculate & beautifully landscaped. We did not want to leave.
